Zudio Return, Refund & Exchange policy

RETURN POLICY

We give you 30 days starting on the date of the Order Confirmation to return the products (with the exception of the products listed below, for which you are not eligible for a refund or exchange).

Should you return the items within the specified time frame, you will only receive payment for the items you originally purchased. Delivery fees are not refundable.

The stated return window will close thirty days following the day you received the order confirmation.

Conditions of Return:

The User must tell us within the previously specified 30-day period if the Product is damaged or faulty, or if it differs significantly from what was purchased.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging, together with any accessories, freebies, original packaging designated as necessities, price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manuals, warranty cards, and invoices.

Any product that is returned without the necessary components will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

It is important that return items are properly wrapped to prevent product damage during transportation.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

It is not possible to return any product. The following products are not returnable:

  • Socks, underwear, and lingerie
  • Scents, cosmetics, or other personal care items
  • Products that have been tampered with or utilized Products that have been mishandled
  • Products that have sustained incidental damages as a result of malfunctioning
  • Products that are offered in combinations or sets cannot be returned separately.
  • belts, pouches, sunglasses, and other accessories.

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Products that are broken, flawed, or otherwise returnable may be returned in the following ways:

Should one or more products or accessories be missing from the delivered box, or should you receive a damaged or faulty product, you may return it in accordance with the Return Policy.

In accordance with the Returns Policy, you must contact the Customer Care Team via any of the methods listed below.

Once we receive your request for a return, we will investigate to make sure it is legitimate. If it is, we will set up a logistics service provider to pick up the product, and your refund will be processed after the returned product has been received and quality checked.

ZUDIO STORE EXCHANGE

Products that are returned in the same condition that you received them will be the only ones eligible for a refund or exchange.

Products that are not in the same condition as when they were sent, have been tampered with or damaged, or have been used after they have been opened will not be refunded.

Kindly send back the merchandise with all of its original packaging, instructions, and any other documentation that came with it, if any. In any event, when returning a goods, you must include the invoice or receipt you received at the time of delivery.
