Your refund is determined by taking into account a number of different aspects. If you cancel after the window and the restaurant does not accept them, you might not be eligible for a refund, depending on the cancellation policy of the restaurant and the order.
Refund procedures at Zomato differ based on the kind of Transaction:
Zomato For Enterprise
Zomato will, after subtracting any unpaid amounts, repay the Refundable Deposit to the Client within 30 days of the Non-Accumulating Budgets Model ending.
Form for Restaurant Partners to Enroll
If the Restaurant Partner cancels the form within 30 days of the Event Start Date, Zomato will not reimburse any money that they have paid. 50% of the Gross Payable Amount will be refunded by Zomato to the Restaurant Partner if they cancel the form more than 30 days prior to the Event Start Date.
Zomato Occasions
Within ten working days following the cancellation of the event, Zomato will reimburse the full cost of the ticket, plus any applicable cancellation and convenience costs.
Refund policy:
Online purchases
If a consumer cancels an order, Zomato may reimburse them or make up the difference; nevertheless, the restaurant partner will bear the expense. If customers give false information—such as their delivery address or phone number—they might be held accountable for cancellations.
Purchases
Refunds will not be given by Zomato if an offer is utilized improperly or without authorization. For any expenses not included in the deal, customers are in charge of paying the vendor.
Happenings
Within 10 working days of an event cancellation, Zomato will reimburse the ticket price plus any applicable cancellation and convenience fees.
Zomato Pro
If a customer does not save twice the subscription amount during the subscription time, Zomato will automatically refund the subscription fee at the end of the year.
Within 60 seconds after placing an order, users on Zomato can cancel and receive a complete refund. However, depending on the restaurant’s cancellation policy, once the order has been accepted, cancellation may not be permitted or may incur fines.
Within ten (10) working days of the Event cancellation date, Zomato will refund the value of the ticket(s) as well as the Zero Cancellation Fee and Convenience Fee that you paid.
Zomato will retrieve any refunds or compensation it makes to customers whose orders are canceled from restaurant partners in line with its cancellation policy.
The Refundable Deposit cannot be more than the Corporate Limit at any point.
Except from recovering the Consumption Amount in the case that the Client fails to make the payment for such amount in the way specified by this arrangement, Zomato shall not deduct, alter, or set off any amount from the Refundable Deposit.
After subtracting any outstanding payments, if applicable, Zomato will repay the client’s refundable deposit within thirty (30) days of the Zomato For Enterprise-Non Accumulating Budgets Model ending.
Without the consent of the restaurant partner or store(s), there will be no replacement, refund, or other resolution offered.
Before a resolution about any order-related complaint—which may include, but is not limited to, food spills, foreign objects in food, incorrect order delivery, or subpar food and beverage products—you will need to present documentation of the incident.
If instructions sent with the order are not fulfilled in the way and to the extent that you intended, you will not be eligible for a refund. The Restaurant Partner / Store makes a good faith attempt to adhere to instructions.
Unless you have been given a refund in the form of credits, all refunds must be processed in the same way that they were received.
The amount of your refund will appear in your account in accordance with the policies of the individual banks.
For any number of reasons, including but not limited to technical difficulties, the unavailability of the item(s) purchased, or any other reason attributable to Zomato, Restaurant Partner/Store, or Delivery Partner, Zomato may occasionally be unable to accept your order or cancel it.
Zomato will not charge you a cancellation fee in these circumstances. Should you decide to cancel the purchase after payment has been processed and you qualify for a refund of the purchase Value, or a portion of it, the amount that was originally charged will be returned to you.
Except in cases when the merchant cancels the event, the convenience fee is non-refundable.
At the moment of reimbursement, all returns must be handled back to the original source.
It is not possible to withdraw the ticket(s) in cash. You understand and agree that, once purchased, the ticket(s) cannot be refunded in cash and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and redeemable for any other purpose than those specified in these event terms.
All tickets are non-refundable after they are purchased, with the exception of those that are purchased with a zero cancellation fee.
Refund process
Zomato will start the refund procedure as soon as you receive confirmation. In 1–7 business days, the refund is usually credited back to the original payment method. It’s up to you to decide if you want Zomato credits or in your account!
60-second time frame
Zomato has devised a 60-second window that allows you to cancel your online order for your convenience. This option gives you a complete refund and guarantees that no food or labor is wasted.
