RETURNS POLICY
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
The ZARA policy states that for a customer to be allowed to return a product they must have bought the product within 30 days.
Returning merchandise must be in a whole state, unused, and the place of market or area original must be the place. It also allow one month from the day of confirmation of order for the merchandise to be returned.
This simply means that only the amount of money paid for the product will be refunded , delivery costs cannot be refunded.
Customers bear the cost for the return of the products through arrangements for home pick up except when the returned products are in a ZARA store in India.
Products which it is believed will be returned after use or those that might be damaged might not be accepted.
RETURNSย TO A ZARA STORE
Zara provides free stores returning policy for all its online or offline clothing purchases. Store location may be accessed with the help of store locator and get to know about the nearest store. If not visited, returns can be done by whoever else or even made personally.
Returns at any ZARA store
Return products to ZARA stores within a month of the Order Confirmation date and produce the digital E-ticket or printout of the E-ticket that is included with the Delivery Confirmation from the website and mobile application Although watches can be returned by mailing them back to ZARA, they can only be returned through home pick up.
Returns via Courier
To return an item through courier, please call the company through their websites or 1800 570 1020.
An item within its packaging and the websiteโs โโRETURNSโโ section was followed. Refund is required within one month from the order confirmation; this should be done by returning the item along with the E-ticket that is being linked to the Delivery Confirmation.
Refund will be credited on cancellation within 30 days except delivery or home collection charges.
HOUSE COLLECTION
We have facilities for pick up of products to be returned from the customerโs home though a cash charge of โน 100 is deducted from the refund amount.
Returning customers are able to request to return the product in the Returns section, while ordinary customers โ in the mail. Within 24 to 48 hours of seal declaration, a carrier will come to the address to pick the shipment and provide a return label.
EXCHANGE POLICY
CONDITIONS FOR MAKING AN EXCHANGE
You must manage an exchange within 30 days of purchase; the product must be complete, unused, in its original packaging, and the market or area must be the same.
EXCHANGES AT A ZARA STORE
- Other than the actual purchasing, online purchases do not allow for exchange like one would find in store at Zara.
- Customers can start new orders and return previous orders before the due dates. More often, store purchases can be used to exchange the product for another outfit or size or color.
REFUND POLICY
REFUND OF AN IN-STORE PURCHASE
- If the item was purchased in-store then the amount will be reversed from the original mode of payment and in any case where it is not possible the staff of the store shall inform you.
REFUND FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE
- Online purchases can be returned using the original mode of payment with COD refunds by bank transfer. In regard to customer services, they can order an online cash refund in a tangible store, as well as apply at any place.
- Normally it takes five business days to confirm payments. If the bank details are given then refunds are processed through bank transfer only.
- Return / exchange policies: Returns are processed on or before 24 to 48 hours from the time the order was received and customer updates are through electronic mail. Banks may process refunds within 14days. For home collection services, return shipping charges are excluded.
