Return Policy:
For merchandise returned, the customer is required to email their case to care@woodlandworldwide.com within 15 days.
Return items in their original packaging and they should be in an unused state with the tag Still attached to the item.
They may refuse refunds if not complied with as delineated by Woodland Consumer Rights and Obligations Charter. It takes 5-7 working days to processing, and we do not accept retail returns.
Non-Returnable Products:
Some of the items in this list of products made from this fabric are towels, deodorant sticks, body wear/socks, caps, face masks, shoes, ribbons, key chains and work gloves.
Exchange Policy:
Exchange services can be done in authorized stores through the website woodlandworldwide.com but factory outlets are not present.
Customers are free to place new orders within 15 days after delivery and can also return products within 15 days of delivery.
Refund Policy:
Stimula returns will be processed within 15 working days of merchandise arrival at the stimula processing facility.
We do not have control over the several bank refund payment policies this is why we need a photocopy of the cancelled check. COD orders for instance does not reach bank accounts until 15 days.
