Westside Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

After confirmation of an order customers have 30 days to return selected products except those stated as exception.

We refund the cost of purchased items at settlement without reimbursement of shipping charges. You have 30 days from your order confirmation to return items.

Requirements for Return:

Users have 30 days to contact us if they notice damage, defects or product changes upon delivery. You need to deliver unopened merchandise with complete contents in its original factory packaging. Our system will reject acceptances when necessary parts are missing. Products returned in used or damaged condition will not be accepted.

Items that Non โ€“ Returnable:

The following products are not returnable:

  • Socks, underwear, and lingerie
  • Scents, cosmetics, or other personal care items
  • Products that have been tampered with or utilized Products that have been misused
  • Products that have sustained incidental damages as a result of malfunctioning,
  • Products that are offered in combinations or sets cannot be returned separately.
  • belts, pouches, sunglasses, and other accessories.
  • Sale items

Westside returns the product only for either replacement or refund depending on the product being returned in its original state from delivery. Please send back your items with all product packaging and documents plus proof of purchase. Online buyers can receive a Go-Green discount and use their credit note on future purchasing. Our Customer Care Team handles returns and accepts products when they meet specific quality standards. When the return request arrives the selected logistics partner will collect the item for refund processing. The approval process takes 4-6 business days until we notify you. Our team will provide a complete payment method refund when returned products display defects or harm.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Procedure for Return Shipping

When customers return products because the courier service has not delivered them or the package came without items they need proof of delivery from that service. Our company will not process any return request until we receive proper documentation. For damage claims our team will want to see evidence through photographs of your broken items. During pickup the product needs to be provided to the logistics service provider with no liability for the company or provider should shipment delays occur.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order cancellation may be made by you or by us using the procedures outlined below:
Westside has the authority to stop accepting orders anytime with no added expense. Our cancellations apply to all transactions with technical issues and fraud cases plus these reasons: bad address entry, large-scale orders, duplicates at shipping addresses, late deliveries and product pricing problems. The company holds authority to edit or delete website content. Order cancellations are possible only before your delivery arrives. The store does not permit cancellations from customers after delivery occurs. Westside remains exempt from orders that buyers choose to cancel or reject. We will process refunds for orders that meet our stated refund criteria.

REFUND POLICY

You can return unsold items to Westside within 30 days of accepting your order. Delivery fees are not refundable. You can return defective items to Westside and your refund will usually appear in your account within one to six business days. You need to take action first to get money back from your EMI scheme.
