24 hour Cancellation Policy:
For direct flights and Business Reserve, the option called Vistara Direct lets travellers modify or cancel their bookings free of charge within 24 hours of booking or making the first payment, only if the booking was made at least seven days prior to the journey.
This service is even available only to those customers who have booked a flight through the mobile app or airvistara.com website and is valid only on direct flights.
This service does not apply to complimentary tickets. Advance booking requires seven days prior to the service, and any change is allowed one time only free of charge.
The fact that Vistara may at any time revise the terms and conditions contained herein is reserved, as is also the right to alter or vary the same in any manner as it may deem fit necessary; all of them apply to domestic flights in India only.
Additional Cancellation:
The local partnerโs policy outlines whether or not a booking is eligible for a refund, with an appointed cancellation date for cancellable reservations. Just to note, many events feature a 24-hour cancellation policy that can result in full, partial, or no refund. Ticket specifics also identify the cancellation policy of the company.
Refund Policy:
Fans can cancel tickets through different ways and TSAL will issue refund of the payment made within a week. Trade Partners are required to refund within thirty days but customers should contact them if payment is not received in ten days. Only where the ticket was obtained through cash will refunds be possible and these will only be done at the airport ticketing offices. TSAL cannot refund tickets which have a validity of 365 days from the previous flight. Refunds have to be returned to the described recipient or payment method, and tsal will be released from its obligations in case of submitting necessary documents.

Refund Request:
If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation period all the refund will be explained towards the initial mode of payment. The refund usually is processed and reflected in your bank within 3-5 business days. In case if you are not satisfied with the tour or activity, you should contact us directly. All refund claims are handled individually with the local provider involved to determined the feasibility of a refund. Instead, we will attempt to provide an alternative type of the tour or activity. In case you do not receive a confirmation email from the supplier, please, contact us.
Payment Issue:
Cash on Arrival
Real time booking of the trip activities are not available, so plan the trips in advance on the website. For payment problems, always check the card details, check the payment method, online payment confirmation, choose another method, and contact the bank.
Cancelation of Flights:
Many airlines around the world subscribe to the rule where if a Vistara flight is canceled, the airline has to amend the schedule to offer an alternative flight or provide a full refund to the passengers and that does include free food and drinks at the airport.
The airline has to provide some form of meal if the flight is delayed, an alternate flight and possibly a hotel accommodation as well.
But they are not required to pay if the cancellation or delay was as a result of an event that was beyond them.
