Return Policy:
The product may be returned to the Vishal Mega Mart location that is closest to the city where the order was placed. Pickup of returns from the delivery address is not currently possible.
- “No questions asked” returns are accepted for clothing and footwear up to 30 days after the date of purchase.
- For Home & Kitchen requirements, “no questions asked” refunds are accepted within ten days after the purchase date.
- Electronics, bags, food, and groceries can only be returned within ten days of the original purchase date if there are flaws or quality issues.
If the product is in saleable condition and includes the original packaging, invoice, accessories, and warranty card (if applicable), a return or exchange will be allowed.
Exchanges and returns are not permitted for:
- Underwear and personal hygiene items for hygienic and health concerns.
- worn, tampered with, and damaged goods.
You could decide to:
- Exchange the item for a comparable item at the same or greater value in the store. You can pay the difference at the store.
- Return the item to receive a credit note that can be utilized in any Vishal Mega Mart location for the following 30 days, anywhere in the nation.
- Cash return (if, at the time of ordering, you did not take advantage of a coupon discount, bank promotion, or free gift)

- Outfits and shoes
Items may be returned without inquiry within 30 days of purchase as long as the original packaging, tags, and invoice are brought to the closest store located in the same city where the order was placed.
- Kitchen and household goods
Items can be returned without difficulty within ten days of purchase.
- Groceries, electronics, bags, and food
Items may only be returned within ten days after purchase if there are flaws or problems with quality. Within five days of delivery, you can also refuse delivery of things that are damaged or wrong at the door.
- Ladies’ outfits from Lucky Charm
If you have sizing concerns or changed your mind, you can return anything within 15 days after purchase as long as you bring the original tags and invoice to the closest shop.
Should the customer receive a defective or different product than what was ordered, they are free to refuse delivery at the time of delivery. However, once the goods is delivered, they will not be able to return it or claim that it was defective.
Up until the order is picked up by the delivery partner and delivered to the customer’s designated destination, the customer may cancel any order. Order cancellation is not possible once the order has been dispatched.
Additionally, once an order placed by a customer on the portal reaches their preferred address, they will not be able to cancel it. If they are refused delivery, the order will be left at the address they specified when placing the order on the portal, and they will not be eligible for a refund related to that order.
You can return one or more items from your order to the Vishal Mega Mart location that is closest to you. You may also swap the item for another comparable item at the same or greater value in the store. You can pay the difference at the store.
In the event that you return an item to the store, we will either provide you a credit note with a 30-day validity period or refund your money.

If you would like to return or exchange any clothes or footwear, please bring the item to the closest Vishal Mega Mart within 15 days of purchase, along with the original packaging and tags. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for socks and underwear due to hygienic reasons.
General Product Returns or Exchanges (apart from apparel, food, toiletries, cosmetics, and groceries):
- If you would like to return or exchange a curtain, please bring it to your local Vishal Mega Mart within 15 days of purchase, along with the original packing and tags.
Products for the kitchen and house are not returnable. - Except for appliances, refunds or exchanges are only possible in the extremely uncommon event that the item you were shipped is damaged, incorrect, or different.
- Within five days of the order delivery, you have the option to refuse delivery at your doorstep or to take the item and the invoice to the closest Vishal Mega Mart store.
- Where a warranty is offered, it applies to travel and appliances and follows the terms of the relevant brand.
Returns or Exchanges of FMCG (food and grocery, including toiletries, cosmetics, etc.):
If you receive any groceries that are damaged, rotting, or the incorrect item, please bring it back to your local Vishal Mega Mart with the invoice within five days for a return or exchange.
Please be aware that you can get your money back by obtaining a 30-day credit note that can be used to buy any item in-store that is equal in value or by requesting an online refund, in which case the money is credited back to the original source.
