Every attempt is made by Vijaysales.com to fulfill orders in accordance with the specifications and delivery dates listed for each product. We kindly ask that you inspect the product and any accessories when you accept the delivery, as per our policy. Please notify us of any inconsistencies by email at onlinesupport@vijaysales.com or by calling +91 7303434043 before accepting delivery. Following receipt of the product’s delivery, Vijaysales.com will not accept requests for returns or refunds.

Orders without full payment confirmation cannot be delivered by Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited.
For example, your product has a value of Rs. 10,000, but you can reserve it for as little as Rs. 2000 to ensure priority delivery after the shutdown. The remaining sum of Rs. 8,000 will be paid before to delivery.
In the event that the customer cancels their order (full or partial payment), Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited will process the refund as soon as possible. As per bank policies, the refund would be credited within working 7–20 days.
Cancellation of orders
Any order placed or cancelled by Vijaysales.com is subject to cancellation without further notice if Vijaysales.com is unable to fulfill the requirements of the order, if the order does not adhere to Vijaysales.com policy, or for any other reason. However, Vijaysales.com will make sure that any cancellation of an order is communicated to the concerned party in a timely manner and that any applicable refunds are processed within a fair amount of time.
Within eight days of the purchase date, if users/customers do not react to our calls, emails, or other correspondence, Vijaysales.com reserves the right to cancel any order without providing a reason.
We would not be able to make any modifications to your order once you had placed it and paid for it. It would also be impossible to combine or add orders once they have been placed. Orders cannot be canceled once your products have been shipped. Should non-delivery arise from your error (incorrect name, address, or any other incorrect information), Vijaysales.com will have to pay an additional fee for redelivery and will deduct that amount from your payment.
It is possible to cancel any order for a product that is advertised at the wrong price. This will happen whether or not the order has been verified and/or paid for. If the payment is accepted, you will receive an email notifying you that it has been credited to your account.
