Return Policy:

Vijaysales.com Endeavours to supply the ordered products in specifications and in accordance with delivery requirements, but if the consumer wishes to return the product or get a refund the request has to be made within 10-15 working days from the date the request was made.

It is the expected custom of customers to check the product and accessories before they take the products home. Discrepancies can be emailed or talked to the person who made them.

Providing after-sale services is done by authorized manufacturing enterprises. Deliveries of orders cannot be done by Vijay Sales (INDIA) Private Limited of Such orders which are not accompanied by full payment affirmation. For instance, a product with an exchange price of 10,000 Rupees, can be put on hold and prebooked for 2,000 Rupees assuring priority shipment after shut down, followed by a balance 8,000 Rupees in advance.

In case of cancellation of an order by a customer, Vijay Sales will process the refund immediately and the refund will be initiated in 7-20 days subject to banking rules.

Cancellation of orders

Vijaysales.com also reserves its rights to cancel any order placed, in case the company cannot fulfil the order placed, does not conform to the policy of the company or for any other reason.

Whenever they are forced to cancel, they will as well inform the affected party immediately and also ensure that they offer refunds within reasonable time.

Any communication not received within eight days of the purchase date will not be returned and mail can be cancelled without notice by Vijaysales.com. Each order is a separate, one-time only transaction, and cannot be combined or added or changed once placed and paid for.

If there is non-delivery caused by wrong information given by the customer, then Vijaysales.com will recover the extra cost of redelivery from the amount paid. Pre-verified orders that were offered at the wrong price can be canceled even when payment has been made or where payment has not been made.

If payment is accepted, the customers will receive an email informing them of the amount credit in their accounts.
