Vero Moda Return & Refund Policy

  • Once your order is delivered, you have one hundred days to return any items.
  • The same courier that delivered your goods can receive your package back if you use the label that was provided.
  • 3.49 GBP will be charged to you and subtracted from your refund if you return the items using our return label.
  • We impose return fees for each order that is sent back to us. Returning the item or items is your responsibility.

Return Policy:

  1. We do not provide returns. Nonetheless, you have the option to reorder the item and return the unwanted one.

  3. You must take responsibility for the returned things until we receive them back, therefore it’s essential to abide by our returns policy to keep them free from wear and tear.
  4. We return goods, including those on sale, for the price you paid for them.

  6. Please get in touch with customer service to obtain a new return note if you misplaced your old one.
  7. Your local Royal Mail post office is where you may return your package.
  8. Please be aware that we do not provide returns using other carriers or Royal Mail pickup services.
  9. Keep the receipt until your return has been processed as documentation that you have returned the package.
  10. Please be aware that you can use the label that came with your order or the newly made return label that you will receive when you register your return online.
  11. Both are acceptable and will enable us to handle your return.
  12. Although we won’t be aware of the cause for the return, you can also simply utilize the label that was included with the package.
  13. Within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the contract, you shall return the items to BESTSELLER without cause and without delay.
  14. Withdrawal from the contract shall be considered timely if, prior to the 14-day period ending, you have given the items to the postal service or another service that has agreed to handle the delivery of the goods to BESTSELLER.
  15. You should save the return tracking number or receipt certifying that you have given the products to the postal service, etc., for the purpose of shipping, in order to have documentation proving you canceled the contract on time.
  16. Regretfully, we are unable to facilitate online exchanges; however, you can always place a fresh order to ensure that you receive the correct item.

  18. We will make sure to return the relevant sum to you as soon as we receive the goods.
  19. As a value-added service, we provide you with 100 days online return policy in addition to the 14-day return window stipulated by law.

Return Process:

If you are in possession of an account:

  • Open ‘My Account’ by logging in.
  • Click on the order containing the items you wish to return on the “Orders” page.

Online Return registration process in simple steps.

Step 1: Open the portal for returns.

Step 2: Select “Get started” and provide your Order Number along with one or more of the following details: Phone number, email address, or postcode

Step 3: Choose which products you wish to return and why in step three.

Step 4: Verify that all of your personal data is accurate.

Step 5: To return your package, choose the carrier and the closest post office.

Step 6: Print your return label after downloading it, then attach it to your package.

Step 7: Return your package to the post office that is closest to you, and don’t forget to obtain a receipt as confirmation that you have done so.

Refund Policy:

  • Within 14 days of the date on which you receive the goods, you may exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, and we will reimburse all of your payments, including delivery fees (unless you selected a more expensive delivery option than our less expensive standard delivery option).
  • We will not reimburse delivery expenses if you use your right to cancel the agreement within 15 to 100 days of receiving the products.
  • After we receive your request to withdraw from this contract, we will promptly return your money, but in any case, no later than 14 days.
  • Unless you specifically agree differently, refunds will be given to the original payment method.
  • In any case, the reimbursement will not result in any costs being assessed to you.
  • Depending on what might be necessary, we could not reimburse you until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that the items have been returned.
  • You won’t get your delivery fees back if you return part of your item.
  • An email confirming receipt of your return will be sent to you. We will then inspect the return and provide a complete refund after that.
  • First email of confirmation: As soon as your returned package reaches our warehouse.
    Second email of confirmation: We’ll let you know that your refund has been handled.
  • From the date of your return, it typically takes up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your package to be shipped back to our warehouse, processed, and refunded.
  • It may take a few more days for your package to be returned to our warehouse, processed, and refunded due to the large volume of orders.
  • An email confirming receipt of your return will be sent to you. We will then inspect the return and provide a complete refund after that.
  • The same payment method that you selected when placing your order will be used to process the refund.
  • Depending on your bank, it could take a few days for the money to show up in your account if you paid using a credit card or PayPal.

Refund with a Credit Card

As soon as we receive and process your return in our Poland warehouse, we will let you know.

These are the steps to follow:

  • Once the items have been checked into our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of the return.
  • After that, based on your bank institution, we will issue you a refund confirmation stating that the refunded money will be credited back onto your bank account between 5 to 30 business days.
  • Please contact our customer support if, after 30 business days, your credit card has not yet been refunded.

Refund with a Gift Card:

  • Once the items have been checked into our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of the return.
  • The Gift Card will then be refunded and sent back to the email address you provided when making the original purchase, according to the refund confirmation we will send you after that.
  • After three business days, if you still haven’t received your returned gift card, please contact our customer support staff.
  • If you used a gift card in addition to a credit card or PayPal, you can use both of these payment options to get your refund.
  • Initially, the money you paid will be refunded to your PayPal or credit card. In the event that there is a refund balance, you will receive an email with a new gift card code.

Refund with Klarna:

  • Once the items have been checked into our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation of the return.
  • Following that, we’ll email you a refund confirmation stating that we’ll amend and reimburse the appropriate amount on your Klarna invoice within the next 24 hours.
  • Please contact our customer support if, after receiving your refund confirmation, your invoice hasn’t been modified after more than 24 hours.

Regretfully, we are only able to reimburse you using the original payment method you used to make your purchase from us.

Because of our procedures, we are unable to book the refund back to another account.

Kindly contact your bank if there have been any modifications made to the original credit card that you used to place your order.

Please contact our Customer Service department with your order number and the requisite refund amount if you believe you have been given the incorrect amount back.
