Urbanic Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

INTRODUCTION

Located on Washington Place in Los Angeles after first opening in 2006 on Abbot Kinney Blvd in Venice, California. Urbanic is well-known for its carefully chosen assortment of lovely and distinctive cards, stationery, wrapping materials, party supplies, desk accessories, and small presents. Products are carefully chosen from both American and foreign designers; some are available just at Urbanic locations.

We are a community of creatives and an inspired place, but we are also a culture of connection and thinking. Urbanic is available to brighten everyone’s day, even your own.

RETURNS POLICY

We are pleased to inform you of the return policy that we provide to our clients. With this option, you can file a return request within 10 days if there is a problem or you don’t like the goods. Most things can be returned, but select surfing swimwear, jewelry, lingerie, and holiday accessories are not. We are unable to assist with the product exchange at this time. The return policy merely stipulates that the item must be in its original, undamaged condition.

The dress shouldn’t have been worn, and the tags and packaging should be intact. Following a quality check when the item arrives at the warehouse, the refund will be handled. You are more than welcome to try the product on, but please take the necessary precautions to prevent any damage from occurring.

Now, you may use your Urbanic account on the app, website, or PC to submit a return request directly from your account. Within 10 days after the order’s delivery, please submit your return request by following the easy instructions listed below.

Upon successful submission of your return request, our staff will review it. If authorized, our courier partner will be assigned to pick up the order at the time and date you have specified, subject to availability.

As soon as the pickup is completed and the item satisfies the quality requirements, the reimbursement will be handled. If the goods fails the quality check at the time of pickup, there won’t be a refund.

Note: Only the item cost will be reimbursed; shipping, courier service, and other costs are not refundable. Furthermore, your returned items will be picked up at no additional cost by our shipping partner. Following Product Exceptions in Return Policy:

  • Every item that needs to be returned needs to be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging and tags.
  • If you want to return both the primary item and the free gift or offer that came with it after you bought it, you must return the gift item in order to receive the necessary reimbursement.
  • If a product is mistakenly returned, Urbanic will not be held responsible. In the event that an additional or different product is unintentionally returned, Urbanic shall not be liable for the product’s loss, replacement, or return shipping to the customer.
  • If you paid for the purchase online, you will receive a full refund if it is lost in transit or not delivered at the desired address due to a logistical problem at the location.
  • The Convenience Fee is not refundable if a consumer cancels their order at the time the item is delivered.
  • The Convenience Fee is not refundable in the event that a client returns an item or partially cancels an order.
  • If the entire order is cancelled, the corresponding convenience fee will be reimbursed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 30 days after receiving your order, you can return the items unopened and in their original condition for a store credit or exchange (within 10 days for seasonal products). We will provide an e-gift card for the products upon receipt of the returned item; however, shipping charges are not refundable.

To handle a return or exchange, a picture of the damaged item is needed if an order is delivered with damage. Kindly send an email to [email protected] with a photo of the item and your order number.
