RETURNS POLICY
Customers also have a chance to use the return policy provided by Urbanic; to do this, the customer must submit a return request within 10 days since the product was received.
That being said, items such as surfing swimwear, jewels and beads, under garments, and items related to holidays are not allowed.
The conditions set down by the return policy include, the article should be in its original state, unused and should be in a whole state.
The item has to be collected by a courier partner, furthermore the item has to fulfil certain quality provisions.

Following Product Exceptions in Return Policy:
- Urbanic demands that the items should be returned unused and in their original packages, and the gift item should be returned to obtain the reimbursement.
- Any return made in error or any return made accidentally is not subject to acceptance by Urbanic.
- This is because online purchase is either fully refunded if lost on the way or if the buyer was delivered due to geographical matters.
- Convenience fees cannot be credited for cancellation at delivery, partial or full, except for full reimbursement of the equivalent fee if an order is cancelled completely.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Merchandise may be returned in unused and in their original packaging within 30 days from purchase for a store credit or exchange with e-gift cards issued upon order.
Products that have been damaged will need the customer to provide a photo and the order number and the shipping charges cannot be refunded.
