Refund Policy:
This Refund Policy shall apply exclusively to subscription bought for Unacademy Centers through the Unacademy Mobile Application and/or on www.unacademy.com. This policy applies to subscription fee for a user or learner in any of the Dio’s learning program. In the case where a subscriber does not wish to continue using the subscription, or does not agree to any of the provisions governing the subscription, the subscriber may cancel the subscription in writing for a refund. When the transaction is approved before the defined refund time, the transaction is reversed and the customer is refunded the subscription fee less any deductions that are required.
Downloads 85% of the subscription fee paid within seven days of the batches starting, 70% within 30 days of subscription through third party loan financiers will not be refunded. Lenders are outside their scope of business, the only thing required from the company is the provision of data to the loan lender.
It wants to clarify that it does not process refund requests which are made after the refund period, whether the reason is that the user did not use the service at all, or did not like the batch or educators. The company also has full discretion to decide to provide the money back guarantee or refund only part of the money to any of the subscribers. A refund request can only be initiated with the phone number and email facility id registered under the subscriber and has to be completed within seven working days of the receipt of such request. A ‘‘business day’’ means any day excluding a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in any state in which the corporate body has an office.
The subscription cannot be canceled if the subscriber decides to keep up with it after submitting a Refund Request.
The possibility to give a refund of the subscription fee to the subscribers is also provided, and it will be made within the same payment method that was used initially. In view of this, they can give details of a new bank account and other supporting documents in matters pertaining to processing. Subscription fee is not refundable in case it is not provided within 14 working days from the day it is due. This money will be returned to the customer but the fees for taxes and interests will be charged as well. Refund attempts will not be processed in such circumstances.

Before signing up for any subscription options, read the terms and conditions carefully as you cannot modify or cancel it. Online memberships are final once paid, and no adjustments or refunds will be made beyond that point.
