Return and Exchange policy

  1. Unused, unwashed, and unaltered clothing is returnable for 30 days.
  2. Items that have vendor defects, even after being worn by a customer.
  3. A refund of cash would not be accepted for the Exchanged items.
  4. The validity of the Credit Note Card/Mobile CN is one year.
  5. If the item is not changed to the customer’s specifications, a credit note will be sent by the store. Fabric costs will also be reimbursed for tailoring flaws in the event of any M2M service.
  6. All of our stores follow a hassle-free exchange and return policy. If a product is unopened, in its original packing, and has a legitimate proof of purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.
  7. We provide product modification services for a limited selection. For additional information, ask the store employees. At this time, we don’t provide customizing options.
  8. After 7 days from the date of package receipt, returns will not be accepted. If you need help with the returns process, email [email protected] right away.
  9. After seven days after receiving your package, swaps will not be accepted. Please get in touch with us. Contact [email protected] right now if you need help with the exchange procedure.
  10. Within seven days of receiving your package, damages will be accepted with a written permission number.
  11. During business hours (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern), please email us at [email protected] with any questions about returns, exchanges, or damages.
  12. Returns or exchanges that are bought from a third party are NOT accepted by us.
  13. For information on return policies, please get in touch with your original point of purchase if you have problems with a product that you bought from a different vendor.
  14. No exchanges or refunds allowed for sheets and/or bedding.
  15. All intimate clothing (bras, underwear, and shapers) is not returnable or exchangeable.

Refund Policy:

At TRENDS, our goal is to satisfy every customer. Read our return policy carefully. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Store credit is what we offer in place of returns. In no situation are refunds to the original payment method issued. Only store credit will be issued for returns. Store credit for the first shipping costs is not given by Trends.

We offer a 14-day policy starting from the date of goods shipment to the customer. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a store credit if 14 days have passed and you have not completed the return shipping. Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to qualify for a store credit. The item or items must be in their original hangtags and packing. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and without visible wear.

Swimsuits, personal products, bodysuits, club wear, fancy dresses, jewelry and accessories, headgear, sale or discounted items, and gift cards are among the products that cannot be returned.

Items that are wrong, damaged, or faulty must be reported within 7 days of the original shipping date.

Refunds are only offered in part in some circumstances (if applicable).

A receipt or other proof of purchase is needed in order to process your return and get shop credit. For causes other than our fault, we cannot be held liable if:

Any item is not returned to us in its original state, is damaged, or has missing parts.

Any return made more than 14 days following delivery

Note: After your item(s) are delivered to us, returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Trends retail shops DO NOT accept returned drop-offs.

This return policy is applicable to online product purchases.

We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.

We will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item after it has been received and inspected. We will also let you know if your refund was accepted or denied.

Your return will be processed and you will receive an E-Gift card or shop credit if your return is accepted.

REFUSED PACKAGES & RETURNED TO SENDER

This may occur in three situations:

  • the carrier is unable to deliver your product;
  • the address is incorrect or lacking information; or
  • the consumer refuses the order after it is delivered. Packages that are refused or returned to the sender will be replenished, and you will get shop credit in the form of an E-Gift card, deducted from the original shipping cost.

Orders that have already been placed in our system cannot be changed by us. Make sure your address is accurate and contains all necessary details to guarantee that your shipment is delivered as intended. To ensure delivery, it is essential to utilize the proper acronyms, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route details (if relevant).

If the address supplied at the time of purchase is wrong, we are not liable for lost, misdirected, or erroneously delivered products.

Items on sale (if applicable)

Regretfully, refunds are only available for regular priced purchases; sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping

Both the cost of returning your goods and your own postage will be at your own. There are no refunds for shipping charges.

In the event that the item was supplied directly to you and was marked as a gift when it was purchased, please refer to our return policy guidelines. You will receive a Gift Card after it has been received and approved.

We will send a Gift Card to the gift giver and he will learn about your return if the item wasn’t identified as a gift when it was bought or if the gift giver had the order delivered to themselves to give to you later.

Damages and problems

In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.

Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.

As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, you will instantly receive your money back using the original payment method within ten business days. Please keep in mind that processing and posting the refund may require some time from your bank or credit card company.

fourteen-day cooling-off period for EU

Despite the foregoing, you have the right, for any reason and without explanation, to cancel or return your order within 14 days if the goods is being shipped within the European Union. As mentioned above, the item must to be in its original packing, undamaged, and in the same state as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
