Step 1: Open TNSTC websitehttps://www.tnstc.in/home.html

You will see the Home page of  TNSTC website.

Step 2: Tap on ‘Ticket status’From the search results, select the option ‘Ticket status’.

  • You will go to the PNR Status Check page.

Step 3: Enter 10 digit PNR & Mobile Number – Enter your 10 digit PNR number  & Mobile Number in the space provided.

  • Double-check the PNR number to make sure it’s correct.
  • Enter the correct Mobile Number.
  • Tap on the ‘Submit’ button to see your PNR status.

Tips

  • Always double-check the PNR number before clicking on ‘check now’.
  • Enter the correct Register Mobile Number.
  • Ensure you have a stable internet connection to avoid any interruptions during the process.
  • Bookmark the TNSTC website for easy access to their services.

TNSTC is a public transport bus operator owned by the Government of Tamil Nadu. It provides intercity bus services to the cities within Tamil Nadu and from the state to the surrounding states. It also provides town bus services from the state’s major cities and towns to the neighborhoods, except in Chennai where the public bus services are provided by MTC, which is a subsidiary of the TNSTC. TNSTC is the world’s largest bus operator with more than 20,000 buses and 17 millions daily ridership.

  1. Only the facility to transact with SETC and the Passenger Reservation System of TNSTC is provided through the Internet. All such transactions are subject to TNSTC’s rules for reservation and bookings, as well as special conditions imposed for internet based booking. Special conditions and terms for Internet booking are explained in detail in this document.
  2. If you are interested in using the online ticket booking service provided by the TNSTC, please go through the following terms and conditions carefully. If you accept these terms and conditions and register and transact on this site, you will be deemed to have accepted the terms set out below. If you refuse to accept these terms, you will be prohibited from using this Website.
  3. Once you have clicked on the ‘Agree’ button located at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions at Login page, you have officially entered into a contract with the TNSTC for transactions on this website.
  4. TNSTC can deactivate and cancel tickets booked on multiple user IDs that violate their terms and conditions of use.
  5. Boarding points are provided for reserved passengers. Companies change boarding points on peak travel days and festivals. SETC & TNSTC are not responsible if missed boarding points result in same seat allotment.
  6. Traveling with Counter Booked ticket? Traveling with Original Ticket? Traveling with Photocopy/Scanned Counter Ticket and soft copy (WhatsApp/other digital format) of Counter Ticket during your journey is NOT INFORMATIVE and you will be considered as a passenger travelling without ticket.
  7. All SETC and TNSTC Corporation bus tickets can be booked online, through SETC Reservation Counter, Android and IOS Mobile Apps.
  8. The reservation fee and other applicable charges should be borne by commuters in all booking modes. Passengers who are taking advantage of the Concession, such as Senior Citizens or people with disabilities, should also pay the reservation fee and the other applicable charges.
