The Souled Store Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

The Souled Store has a general condition of accepting returns within 30 days after delivery and most pin codes have a reverse pick up option.

Concerning the returns they message is, if it has been worn or cleaned or simply soiled, the returns will be for hygienic purposes only.

Each defective product must be approved by the Customer Experience Team and only full refund is allowed.

The managementโ€™s policy on non- refundable monetary instruments include; Gift cards and vouchers cannot be refunded, the amoung spent on gift wrapping cannot be reimbursfed.

Clothing items, such as masks, boxers, short, sweat activated t-shirts and socks are not allowed for returns because of their nature, which is affected by hygiene.

This Cookie Policy may be amended or updated at any time by the Souled Store, in its sole discretion. However a nominal charge of Rs 35 as processing fee has been levied for all types of returns.

A courier partner will collect them within 48 hours and the entire amount paid will be credited back to the customersโ€™ TSS Money balance.

The product(s) and tags must be affixed in order for the product to be accepted in the store. These fees are by policy non-refundable and only the exact amount repaid will be given.

Return Process

The customers using the souledstore app can request for a return after successful delivery has been made.

To return an item, user have to go to logged in โ€œOrdersโ€ and click the return button on the left side of the wished item.

Select the reason for the return, select self shipping or reverse pick up as the method and confirm your address and phone number.

If your pin code is unusable for reverse pick-up, ship it yourself. Instead of the Shipping charges you will receive 100 TSS Money added to your account in the store.

Lack of inclusion is due to hygienic reasons and charges are Rs. 20/- Fashion Accessories only. If you have not picked up your order within 24-48 hours, or if your refund is not showing as TSS money, please email the store at connect@thesouledstore.com.

Exchange Policy

Unfortunately, there is no exchange policy with the Souled Store at the moment; however, if the shirt does not fit, a customer can take back the purchase amount.

Exchanges can be requested within 30 of delivery and most pin codes incur a reverse pick-up.

This means even though you got the same product in different sizes, a combo pack for instance should be returned in a whole. No returns of any part are allowed.

There are some product categories for which the store cannot accept returns because of health concerns. The store also has the possibility to modify this policy at any time without the consumerโ€™s consent.

Third party couriers will collect back the returned items in not more than two business days. It currently takes about 1-4 business days for orders to be delivered within India, however, delivery time may also depend on the shipping address.

Exchange Request

To swap an order, click on the โ€œOrdersโ€ tab on the websiteโ€™s toolbar and then click the โ€œexchangeโ€ button next to the item. Select the purpose for the exchange and the size of the replacement that youโ€™d like to get.

Select whether you want Self Ship, or Reverse Pickup and Drop. If your pin code is not usable for reverse pick up, select Self Ship or adjust the delivery location and pin code.

Fill the exchange request form and check the acknowledgment box.

Once the first transaction is complete, your second order of the item will be shipped and you will get the tracking details.

If you can no longer use your pin code for the reverse pick-up, then self-ship the item.
