Return Policy:

This store of Tata has a straightforward policy of returns for most of the buyers, who want to return a product after it is damaged, is defective or is different from that which the buyer received or is without any accessories.

For a product to be accepted for return, products must be received in their original packaging with accessories, gifts, boxes, tags, labels, packaging, barcodes, manuals, warranty cards, instructions, invoices and any other thing that the manufacturer supplied with the said product.

It will not be accepted if the product is returned by the consumer without the essential components. Tata Uni Store management retains the right to decline returns in the event the product be not handed over to the relevant logistics provider.

Returns should be wrapped in the exact manner they were received to avoid the items being damaged in transit. Social compliance is easily achievable in Tata Uni Store since vendors are allowed to verify and inspect the returned merchandise. Any implied warranty or merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of the manufacturerโ€™s rights of third parties are disclaimed if the product is returned after selecting a partner store option, provided that the product should be in as received condition.

Customers should contact Tata Uni Store within the prescribed time for the return of defective or damaged goods, differences resulting from products as well as missing items.

The store or seller does not have to accept or take responsibility for returned product in the event that the customer does not inform the store or seller. If the product is returned, the client will be given his or her money back.

Should the product not be accepted, neither the store nor the supplier will be found at fault and therefore, no refund will be made.

Yes, Tata UniStore provides Non-returnable products with conditions which they are defective, damaged or delivered in different ways than described.

Customers seeking to return a damaged or defective product should contact the Customer Care Team or complete an online return request at the CLiQ Care Page.

The store will compare the received request with valid ones and the type of request, and may require the sender to provide pictures of the goods and packing.

Once the product is received and once the concerned department checks the returned product then Tata UniStore will intimate the seller regarding the same and seek for a refund. At least 4 to 6 business days will be needed before the request will be addressed. The merchandize pick-up will be done through Tata UniStore or the vendor through an appointed logistic service provider.

Customers shall be notified via email or SMS once the seller takes the return and conducts the quality assurance. Here too, Tata UniStore assumes no responsibility for the claims regarding faulty goods, lost or damaged goods, delay in delivery or delivery without some product or accessory. As in all arguments, Tata UniStore will try its best to see that all the issues are solved in a manner that is reasonable both to the customer and vendor.

  • This list includes clothing items such as swimwear, thermals, trunks, vests, rain wear, shapewear, socks, stockings, and more.
  • Sports & fitness equipment items are excluded from returns.
  • Jewelry items like nose pins and rings are not eligible for returns.
  • Technology and beauty items cannot be returned.
  • Watches, including digital and smartwatches, and eyewear from brands like Ray-Ban, Oakley, Polaroid, Guess, Tommy Hilfiger, DIESEL, Fossil, and Vogue are not eligible.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations and returns of products are accepted by Tata Unistore and allow for refunds, provided by the Return Policy or terms and conditions.

Amount paid plus the processing fee will be refunded for orders canceled. Shipping and packaging costs relating to a returned order cannot be refunded in terms of platform fees.

Those orders sent back before delivery or otherwise not delivered will be given the product amount and not the processing fee. Paying the processing costs does not guarantee refunds for accounts that infringe on fair usage policy.

Refunds may be done at the door or, depending on an individual seller, after the receiver has returned an item and it has been inspected by the seller.

Customers gives their consent to retain funds in their trust until quality checks are processed, will also remit payments or reimbursement that has been paid prematurely in error.

COD orders cannot be refunded because they are incapable of being delivered.

Refund Periods:

Tata UniStore returns the money using Neu Coins and an Electronic Gift Card within three to six working days depending on the bank.

Sometimes, the amount may take 8-10 working days at some of the public sector organizations.

No refund is provided on EMI schemes until the cancellation or return has been initiated.

Tata UniStore has no liability for errors or delays arising from banks or other third party service providers.
