RETURN POLICY
The Souled Store accepts return of orders within 30 days from delivery, and most of pin codes have reverse pick up facility.
No return shall be accepted on garments that was worn, cleaned, or soiled. Recalled products must be signed by the Customer Experience Team and refunds will be made to the customerโs bank account.
Combo packs have to be returned with all items intact and no partial money back guarantee.
Vouchers and gift cards cannot be exchanged while gift wrapping charges will not be refundable.
Unwanted returns cannot be accepted on some product categories because of very high hygiene requirements.
The Souled Store also holds the right to amend the policy where it may see fit and at any time, to change the products or categories captured under it.

To make a return, please visit the โOrderโ section and click the โreturnโ link. Select the Return Method very carefully and go for self-shipping or reverse pick-up.
If your pin-code works for reverse pick-up, then you might want to try checking your address and phone number twice.
Take the item to the store and in return you get your 100 TSS Money back. A courier partner will pick the item within the next 48 hours.
The product(s) should be well secured together with the relevant tags and should be packed well to avoid being damaged.
The full payment + $100 (instead of the courier fees) will be credited back to your The Souled Store account as TSS Money instantly, once you share your delivery proof with us at The Souled Store.
We suggest not to use The Professional Couriers for the self-return shipping because of its unreliability and warehouse acceptance. However, use Speed Post option which belongs to the Indian government for being offering the widely distributed courier service.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers can request an exchange up to 30 days of the delivered product with most pin codes giving reverse pick up facility at The Souled Store.
This swapping is only eligible to the same product but with a different size not a different design or any other item on the website or the mobile application.
The entire combo box must be returned, and refunds in part are not accepted. Gift-wrapping fees are non-refundable.
Returns are not accepted on certain product categories due to strict hygiene standards. The Souled Store reserves the right to change this policy without prior notice.
You must log into your account and take the following actions in order to swap your order:
- To return a product, go to “Orders” and click the “exchange” button. Choose the replacement size and reason for the exchange from the dropdown menu.
- Choose Self Ship or Reverse Pickup and Drop as the method of return.
- If your pin-code is unusable for a reverse pick-up, choose Self Ship.
- Click the acknowledgement box to send in your swap request.
- Once the original item is picked up, your replacement order will be dispatched and you will receive tracking information.
- If your pin-code is not compatible for a reverse pick-up location, send the item to us. The original order will be delivered and you will be credited with 100 TSS Money to cover shipping charges.
- The returned item will be dispatched from our warehouse. Delivery times in India typically arrive within 1-4 business days, with other factors like public holidays and inclement weather affecting delivery times.
