Souled Store Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

After an order has been delivered, customers have 30 days to return it. For the majority of pin codes, we offer a reverse pick up service. You will be required to ship the product(s) yourself if our courier partners are unable to service a pin number due to the reverse pick up policy.

When it’s evident that the item has been worn, cleaned, or soiled, we have the right to reject returns for hygienic reasons. It is not necessary to return defective products to us unless the Customer Experience Team confirms it. Please email us pictures of the defective product at connect@thesouledstore.com, and we will respond as soon as possible. Your bank account will be credited with the reimbursement once it has been verified by the Customer Experience Team.

A combo pack must be returned in its entirety if any item(s) needs to be returned. Partial refunds will not be permitted. You can reach us by phone at or via email at connect@thesouledstore.com if there is a manufacturing defect or if you have any other questions about this.

Vouchers and gift cards are not returnable.

If items are returned, gift wrapping fees will not be reimbursed. Furthermore, we are unable to wrap any replacements you have requested.

We do not accept returns on a number of product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts, and socks, due to our stringent cleanliness standards. The Souled Store reserves the right to alter the products or categories to which this policy applies at any time and without previous notice.

You must log into your account and take the following actions in order to return your order:

  • Go to “Orders.”
  • To return a product, click the return button next to it.
  • From the dropdown, choose the reason for the return.
  • Choose between self-shipping or reverse pick-up as the return method.
  • If your pin-code is good for a reverse pick-up, please double check the address and phone number.
  • After selecting the acknowledge box, send in your request for a return.
  • Should your pin-code not work for the reverse pick-up location, we ask that you send the item to us on your own. We will reimburse you for the shipping charges by crediting your account with 100 TSS Money.

Within two business days after receiving this request, a member of the courier partner’s team will show up at the address for a pickup. Within 48 hours of the merchandise being picked up, the whole cost will be returned as TSS Money to your The Souled Store account. For the product(s) to be accepted by the courier service, kindly make sure the product(s) and its tags are still attached.

Kindly make sure the goods are packaged tightly to avoid any mishap or harm while in transit. Every item needs to be undamaged, with its original box and tags still on. The full payment + $100 (in place of courier fees) will be reimbursed to your The Souled Store account as TSS Money within 48 hours of the product(s) being delivered.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to their unreliability and the fact that the shipment will not be accepted at the warehouse, we kindly ask that you not use The Professional Couriers for self-return shipping. Please make sure that the sum listed above does not exceed the cost of your courier service. We advise you to use “Speed Post” for your courier needs. Owned by the Indian government, Speed Post offers the most extensively distributed.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 30 days following the delivery of your product, you may request an exchange. For the majority of pin codes, we offer a reverse pick up service.

Only the same products in a different size may be exchanged. It cannot be traded in for a different design within the same product category or against any other item on our website or mobile application.

The entire combo box must be returned to us if you would like to exchange any products. Refunds in part are not accepted. In the event that a manufacturing fault arises, or if you have any additional questions, please email connect@thesouledstore.com or call us at (022 48900148).

We are unable to gift wrap any requested exchanges, and gift-wrapping fees are not refundable.

  • To return a product to us, click the exchange button next to it. Choose the replacement size you would want to receive in exchange along with the reason for the exchange from the dropdown menu. Stock is contingent to availability.
  • Choose Self Ship or Reverse Pickup and Drop as the method of return.
  • You will be invited to either alter the location and pin-code or choose Self Ship if your pin-code is unusable for a reverse pick-up.
  • Click the acknowledgement box to send in your request for a swap.
  • As soon as the original item is successfully picked up, your replacement order will be dispatched, and you will receive tracking information.
  • Should your pin-code not work for the reverse pick-up location, we ask that you send the item to us on your own. When the original order is received, the replacement will be delivered out for you, and we will credit your account with 100 TSS Money to cover the shipping charges.

Once the returned item has been selected from your end, your exchange merchandise will be dispatched from our warehouse. Once sent, orders in India usually arrive in metro areas within 1-4 business days and the remainder of the country within 4-7 business days. The shipping address, together with other variables (public holidays, inclement weather, etc.), may affect the delivery time.
