Snitch Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

After the date of delivery, we provide hassle-free returns and exchanges for seven days. It may take an additional five to seven days for the returned item(s) to reach us.

We also provide services for reverse pick-up. Regardless of the quantity of items in an order, a 100 Rupee reverse shipment cost will be subtracted at the time of refund for each order.

This implies that if an order includes more than one item of apparel, there will only be one deduction of Rs. 100 for the total order and not for each individual item.

There will be two attempts at pickup. if the package cannot be picked up by the courier service. The cargo must be returned to the business address.

Reverse Pick Up is dependent on the service being offered in your area’s pin code.

When returns are picked up via COD orders, a store credit will be sent to your registered email address or phone number within 1-2 business days.

Kindly send back the goods or products in the same condition that they were shipped. Refunds are not given for returned goods that are ill-fitting or that are obviously worn.

Please give the return processing and the funds appearing in your bank account a full week.

Only prepaid orders and online payments made on our website are eligible for refunds or Bank transfers.

When you choose the COD option, you will receive store credit in the amount of your payment, which you can spend whenever you like.

Reward points and store credits can only be used on our store and are not refundable.

The cost of shipping is not refundable.

Order cancellations are only permitted as long as the order hasn’t left our warehouse.

We do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to accessories, eyewear, perfumes, masks, and innerwear such as boxers, briefs, and trunks, due to the stringent hygienic requirements of our items. SNITCH reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without notice, to alter the items or categories covered by this policy.

To avoid any loss or damage during transportation, please make sure the items are wrapped securely and that the packing bears the registered mobile number and ORDER ID.

Every item needs to be undamaged, with its original box and tags still on. The whole payment plus INR 100 (in lieu of courier fees) will be reimbursed to your bank account in the event that you paid in advance, or in the case of COD, in the form of shop credit (gift card), within 48 hours of receiving the product(s).

Since The Professional Couriers are unreliable and the package won’t be accepted at the warehouse, we kindly ask that you not utilize them for self-returns. Please make sure that the sum listed above does not exceed the cost of your courier service.

We advise you to use “Speed Post” for your courier needs. The largest postal network in India is operated by Speed Post, a company controlled by the Indian government.

The customer’s submitted bank account details are final and the brand shall not be held accountable for any errors in the information.

During the period that the product(s) are in the customer’s possession, they must be treated with the highest care. Returning the product(s) in the same condition as when it was received entails include all packaging, documentation, and instructions.

If, within a day of receiving the products, the customer contacts us via Whatsapp (Click here) or Instagram (@snitch.co.in) with details of the product and any damage, they feel that the product does not meet standards at the time of delivery. We will then provide instructions to the customer.

After the goods is returned, we will thoroughly inspect it and, in a reasonable amount of time, send the customer an email informing them of their right to a refund, if any.

We want to complete the refund as quickly as we can, but in any case, no later than 30 working days after we sent the consumer an email confirming their eligibility for one.

Return/Exchange Request:

  • To initiate a return request for your order

  • Please return the merchandise to its original packaging, complete with tags, and give the package to our courier.
  • Once it’s returned in our warehouse, we’ll check and credit the same account that was used to make the original purchase.
  • Within seven days after the delivery date, a return request must be made.
  • After the request is made, the reverse pick up for returns or exchanges will take place in two to three days.
  • After the product arrives at our warehouse, usually takes seven to ten days, a quality check is conducted.
  • After it passes quality control, you can request an exchange or get a refund within 72 hours after returning it.
  • After the goods is shipped, it will arrive at your location within 7 to 10 business days.

Snitch Store Return and Exchange Policy:

Any item you buy from our store may be exchanged as long as it is unopened, has its tags still on, and is in resalable condition within 15 days of the original purchase date.

As proof of purchase, do ensure that you present the original invoice/receipt and product tag.

We are unable to accept exchanges for jewellery, watches, accessories, undergarments, fragrances, or eyewear for sanitary reasons.

Items that have been modified after Purchase are not Returnable.

Please be aware that we are unable to reverse credit card payments or provide cash refunds in the event of a return.

A three-month credit note to be used for purchases at the store will be given to you.

Any personal loss or damage resulting from using the acquired goods, whether direct or indirect, is not covered by SNITCH’s liability policy.

Kindly note that SNITCH retains the right to alter the terms and conditions at any time and without previous notification.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the product that is sold during promotional offers or specials.

The bearer may redeem credit notes, and they are not replaceable or refundable if lost.
Don’t forget to adhere to the care labels on your clothing’s inner washes.

Refund Policy:

After the reverse pickup is completed, the goods takes 7–10 days to arrive to our warehouse, where it is then put through a quality inspection.

Within 72 hours of it passing quality control, a refund for returns or an exchange request will be processed.

Please be aware that the entire money will be returned as store credit if any promotional or coupon code is used at the time of purchase.

Should a non-promotional purchase occur, the bank account will get the entire amount.

Should orders that were placed with a discount be returned, the products will be billed at MRP and the discount will be waived. A store credit refund will be issued for the remaining amount.

The method of refund for orders that were paid for in advance is determined on the payment method used. Your account will get the credit in two to three business days. If not, kindly contact the appropriate bank.

Please be aware that the entire money will be returned as store credit if any promotional or coupon code is used at the time of purchase. Should a non-promotional purchase occur, the bank account will get the entire amount.

Refunds in the form of shop credit will be issued to the registered email address and WhatsApp number as soon as the product(s) arrive and pass quality control.

Refunds for Deals of free products:

Orders that involve free products, such as those made during a BOGO Sale (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or similar promotions, cannot be returned.
