Snitch Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Customers can obtain effortless Returns and Exchanges for 7 delivery days at SNITCH while Returned items need 5 to 7 days additional time.

The company offers their customers reverse pick-up services at 100 Rupees per order.

The cargo requires Return to the business address whenever the courier service is unable to perform the pickup.

The store provides a store credit to customers who use COD orders through the Return process within 1-2 business days.

The store does not provide refunds on worn or ill-fitting items. The company only gives refunds through bank transfers or online payment for customers who have paid in advance.

All reward points along with store credits remain non-refundable to customers.

The warehouse becomes the only authorized entity to accept order cancellation when the items remain inside its facilities.

The author of this policy at SNITCH holds the right to modify the coverage scope of this policy without informing customers in advance.

Self-Shipping Returnable Orders:

You need to send your items through courier to Snitch Warehouse because your pin code does not allow reverse pick-up services.

All shipping should include secure wrapping for protection as well as the registered mobile number and ORDER ID printed on it. Your payment together with INR 100 (for courier costs) will be sent to your bank account or shop credit within 48 hours after product(s) reception.

The professional courier system proves unreliable due to which warehouse staff will refuse to accept packages.

Customers should use Speed Post when they need courier delivery because this network covers the maximum postal territory in India. Any mistakes in customer information rest solely with the customers.

To resolve delivery issues, contact the brand through WhatsApp or Instagram within 24 hours of the due status date.

Return/Exchange Request:

View a Return request by visiting the website’s internet page where Returns are managed. The customer needs to Return products in their original packaging along with tags before handing them to the courier staff.

The original purchase payment account receives a credit balance. Customers need to submit their Return request in less than 7 days and normally receive their product for quality testing throughout a period of 10 days.

Snitch Store Return and Exchange Policy:

Unopened merchandise purchased within 15 days can be Returned to SNITCH using credit notes when accompanied with original invoices and product tags.

Customers cannot Return either jewellery or watches together with accessories or undergarments or fragrances or eyewear items. Modified items are not Returnable.

The company policy prevents them to cancel credit card transactions and rejects requests for cash reimbursement. The company offers three-month-long credit notes as payment for all purchases.

The liability Policy of SNITCH excludes coverage for any personal losses or damages. Special promotional deals together with specific discounts are entirely excluded from acceptance.

Credit notes established under SNITCH guidelines exist without option for either swap or money Return.

Refund Policy:

Quality examination of our received goods requires between 7 and 10 days. The processing of all Exchange requests and Refund requests occurs within 72 hours.

The value of a transaction using promotional or coupon codes gets fully Returned to the customer in store credit form. The entire number of purchase funds is Returned to non-promotional purchases.

The billing amount for discounted orders consists of MRP while store credit is issued for the remaining funds.
