Return Policy

Snapdeal Itself provides a Easy Returns Policy of 7 days that means customers can return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Nonetheless, underwears, cleaned underwears, combo pack items and opened electronics items are not accepted for return.

The regular products have different return policies for the brand electronics. Customers are allowed to return the product by going to My Orders, then unto Select Item.

They have to be canceled and then place for pickup within the allowed timeframe with the help of a logistic service provider.

If the service provider cannot meet this requirement, a notice will be given to the shipment of the product at a given place.

For the shipment cost, one will be required to be paid after delivery and confirmation of the product delivery.

Return Conditions:

Return policies are part of Snapdeal services and these guidelines have to be followed. Sensitivity is becoming essential with the MRP tag, IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, item number, and bar code catches. Completeness refers to all those accessories contained within the box.

Single replacement request can be made under a product which can be restricted according to the available stock. In case the new product is not in stock, the process of refunding will begin. Part refund may be effected if the cost of the replacement goods is lower than the initial amount paid.

All combo and sets of products cannot be returned or exchanged separately. Because products can be damaged during transit, it should be properly packed.

It is now clear that the buyer made an unintended return, and Snapdeal also absolves itself, and the seller, of responsibility for the replacement or loss of the product.

Snapdeal offers a No Question Asked Policy, and customers can contact them within seven days of receiving their order.

Return Request

Here are the rules for returning the ordered product in Snapdeal and requesting a return online. The goods can only be returned within seven days of when they were delivered.

Refund Policy

Refund involves personal information and documents.

If the payment option is not accepted or has expired a refund will be processed in Indian Rupees.

The processing time of refund amount request is of seven to fifteen days and the original account balance is credited the return amount.

For COD order, refunds are available through NEFT bank transfers to customersโ€™ bank account or SD Cash.

The amount over and above what was used to place orders will be refunded back to the bank account used to make the pre-payment.
