Skechers South Asia Private Limited allows customers to return or cancel products ordered from their website, www.skechers.in, within ten days of delivery, except for non-returnable items.
If returned within this timeframe, a refund will be issued, and customers must inform Skechers within the 10-day window if they receive damaged, defective, or materially different merchandise.
Return Policy
From its online platform, Skechers has a return policy where customers are not able to return the item after using it as a refund since it is returned to them in its original condition.
Products must be returned in the same security package, along with the invoice they received at the time of the delivery.
Actually Skechers does not permit to exchange any goods, however the customer may exchange the size of a purchased product within 10 days after delivery to the nearest Skechers Exclusive Store.
If a footwear or apparel carries any manufacturing defect, it can be returned along with photo, manner detail description and the original invoice within 90 days.
The Skechers team however will look at the item with a view of coming up with a conclusion on whether it was a manufactures fault or not depending on the action of Skechers.
Non Returnable Products
The website does not accept returns for certain items, including caps, socks, innerwear, used items, mishandled items, combinations, add-ons, official Mumbai Indians jerseys, and non-returnable items.
Return Process
To return a product, refer to Return Process FAQs or can contact with the Customer Care team at toll-free 1800 200 8555 or by email customercare.india@skechers.com.
If the product is returned it shall be subjected to quality check and reimbursement will be done accordingly.
A logistics service provider will then fetch the product and processing could take about four to six business days. A message will be sent to the nominated address, either, an e-mail or a text message.
Refund Policy
Customers can cancel the purchase and get the refund through the website skechers.in/Skechers has a modification policy for order cancellation and return/refund: Skechers offers refunds for the cancelled and returned product starting with the orders made through skechers.in Refund time: 5 to 7 working days The refund amount can be credited back through the account from where the payment was made.
Interest accumulated in the EMI Scheme, however, will not be refundable unless the return or the cancelled order is to be made.
Skechers also disclaims any responsibility with regard to refund problems or the delay of refunds from banking institutions or from third-party payment service companies.
Refund mode
Refunds also cannot be altered this time after the amount of money has been returned to the account.
Fees processed by failed methods will be returned through NEFT to the bank account specified in the form.
The only way of obtaining a refund is through Skechers vouches. If a refund is authentic due to a manufacturing defect the entire amount of refund shall be made using Skechers Voucher.
Any refunds issued through other means will be made by credit to the original form of payment.
Cancellation Policy
You can only cancel an order before the product is shipped and you cannot cancel later on. You will later receive a confirmation email or a text message on the email or cellphone number you gave.
As with any circumstance out of our control, it is our policy to cancel your order in certain circumstances including policy violation, technical peculiarities, improper order placement, late delivery, refusal to accept EMI offers and wrong prices.
We hold the option to revoke the publishing of any material on the site and or removal of any product listed on site at our discretion.
