Shopsy Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return Policy:

Items must be returned unused, with all tags still on, and in their original packaging.
Returns may not be accepted for some items, such as perishables, personal hygiene products, or customized goods.

Returns are a program offered by the individual sellers under this policy, whereby the sellers will provide you the choice of an exchange, a replacement, or a refund. It’s possible that not every product in a given category has the same return policy.

The replacement/returns policy listed on the product page will take precedence over the general policy for all products. For information on any exceptions to this returns policy and the table below, please refer to the applicable return, replacement, or cancellation policy for the relevant product on the product page.

There are three sections to the return policy. To comprehend the terms and circumstances under which returns will be accepted, please carefully read each section.

Note

  • Depending on the seller’s return policy, some products might or might not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please refer to the relevant product’s product page for the appropriate returns policy.
  • Certain products cannot be canceled within a 24-hour period from the customer’s order placement until the delivery agent delivers the item. The customer has the option to reject the product upon delivery or cancel the order while it is being delivered by the delivery person.

Return & Exchange Policy:

Return Window: Depending on the product category and seller policies, returns can usually be made within 7 to 30 days following delivery.

A refund will be provided in the unlikely event that the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason.

If a product accessory is discovered to be missing, broken, or defective, the seller may, at their choice, arrange for a replacement accessory or issue an eGV for the accessory’s purchase price.

If you receive a damaged or different goods during open box deliveries, you will receive a refund (for cash-on-delivery orders, you will receive an immediate refund).

Except in cases of manufacturing flaws, no requests for returns will be handled after you have accepted an open box delivery.

Do not open the product packing by yourself if Flipkart’s service partners are providing installation for the product. The goods will be installed and unboxed with assistance from Flipkart approved personnel.

When it comes to furniture, any problems with the product will be examined by certified service professionals (at no additional cost) and the faulty or damaged part will be replaced in an effort to fix the problem.

Only when the service staff determines that swapping out the broken or defective item won’t fix the problem will a full replacement be offered.

“Report the issue to the seller within 3 days of the date of delivery confirmation so that the seller can look into it if the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email or SMS.”

Returns Pick-Up and Processing

  • Correct Product – The MRP tag must be present and unattached, and all of the following information must match: IMEI, name, image, brand, serial number, article number, and bar code.
  • Whole Item – Everything that comes in the package, including the remote control, starting kits, manuals, chargers, headphones, and other accessories, as well as any freebies or combos that may be included.
  • Unused Item – The item must be brand-new, never been used, clean, stain-free, and, if applicable, have intact quality check, return, and warranty seals. A mobile, laptop, or tablet should be formatted and its screen lock (pattern, fingerprint, or pin) disengaged before being returned. Apple devices require the iCloud lock to be disabled.
  • Unharmed Item – The device should be in perfect condition with no dents, scratches, tears, or holes in it. This includes the SIM trays, charging port, headphone port, and back panel, among other parts.
  • Unaltered Packaging – The goods must be in its original box or packaging.

Refund Policy:

Refund for any order is the process in which a customer returns a product to the original supplier in exchange for the money previously paid

Shopsy Refundable Enrolment:

  • Products that are returned because they are defective, damaged, or the wrong items were delivered usually receive refunds.
  • In the event that the vendor does not delivery the goods within the specified time range.

Refund Procedure:

  • The goods is inspected as soon as a return is made and the vendor receives the item back. The refund is handled if the return is accepted.
  • Typically, refunds are made using the original payment method that was used to make the purchase.
  • If you purchased with cash on delivery (COD), Shopsy may process the return to your bank account or through another method.

Refund Period:

  • It usually takes 7–10 business days for the refund procedure to begin after the return is accepted.
  • The precise period may change based on your bank’s policies and the mode of payment.
