The acceptance policy allows customers to return unused items that come with original packaging through three possible solutions: exchange or replacement or Refund. Companies decline to accept specific items that include perishable products along with personalized merchandise.
The return option joins the replacement and cancellation sections in the Policy statement. Key products are disqualified from return or exchange programs while any cancellation requests must occur before 24 hours passes after placing an order. Middle-of-delivery order rejection and cancellation become possible options for customers.

Flipkart provides customers with refunds for products delivered without all components or with damage or manufacturing defects. The company provides refunds to customers when their items get damaged when received through open box delivery.
After accepting open box deliveries the service platform will not process any returns. Clients who purchase furniture through Flipkart may receive free installation support from their service team while certified technicians inspect all furniture issues without extra charges. Obtaining a full replacement becomes possible but remains subject to unsolvable issues by service personnel.
Returns Pick-Up and Processing
A correct product needs to possess both proper information and an MRP tag should be included.
All parts should be included in the package including any free items and both the remote control device and necessary accessories. For a valid return the item requires new status together with cleanliness and absolute flawlessness.
The item must be sent back with its untouched original box alongside all original packaging. Entry of devices requires formatting of systems along with removal of screen locking procedures before service return.
Refund Policy:
Customers on Shopsy can receive refunds for both incorrect and faulty deliveries of products and unfulfilled orders delivered outside of their designated timeframes.
Refund Procedure:
The inspection process follows acceptance of returned goods and refunds go through using the payment method from purchase. Shopsy handles refund processing either through cash on delivery (COD) or an alternative payment method.
