Returns & Exchange Policy:

The products we sell are our responsibility. We have a simple Return & Exchange Policy in case you’re not happy with your purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for anything bought from Shoppers Stop within the time frames listed below, starting on the day of delivery.

Returns and exchanges are accepted as long as the item is in its original packing, with the original tags, invoice, and packaging intact, and is in saleable condition (shoes, for example, should be shipped with their brand-new shoe box).

After being received at our warehouse/Shoppers Stop store, every product will go through a quality inspection. Should the selected product fail the quality inspection, it will be returned to you.

Please be aware that stock availability affects every exchange. Furthermore, the guidelines listed below also apply.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for gift cards, e-gift cards, or First Citizen cards.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for any clothes that have been changed.
  • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for innerwear, such as lingerie and nightwear.

You have the option to return any unused, in-original condition product along with its original tags and packing (including any boxes) if it is damaged, defective, or delivered in a different condition. For example, shoes must be shipped with the brand’s shoe box within the allotted days of the delivery date listed above or in accordance with the information on the product description page.

Any returns or exchanges for reasons not covered by the foregoing will not be reimbursed, including any applicable shipping costs.

Only within the same sale period may products purchased during the sale be exchanged.

You can use the following methods to return or exchange merchandise to us:

1. Returns and Exchanges via Customers Put an end to the courier pickup.

We ask that you return the product in its original condition (unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered with, and in saleable condition) with the original tags, invoice, and packaging intact if you request a return or exchange through Shoppers Stop courier collection within the timeframe stated above or according to the timeline mentioned on the product details page. If you do not, your request may not be fulfilled.

  • As a registered user, you can initiate a return or exchange by logging into your Shoppers Stop account and selecting “My Account > Order > Return/Exchanges.”
  • If you would want to seek a return or exchange, you can write to customercare@shoppersstop.com. Within two working days of the request being made, we will set up a courier to pick up the goods from the delivery address.
  • When submitting a return request, we ask that you choose the refund mode carefully because once chosen, it cannot be altered or updated.

After the request is made, the courier executive will pick up the product in two working days. When you pick up the product, you will receive a tangible receipt or an SMS confirmation. Please hold onto the information.

2. Return and exchange items via your own courier:

If you would want to exchange or return any item on your own, you can do so as long as it is unopened, undamaged, and still in its original packaging, tags, and box, if applicable. For example, shoes must be shipped with the brand’s shoe box within the allotted days of the delivery date listed above or in accordance with the information on the product description page.

Requests for returns or exchanges made via any of the aforementioned methods will only be processed once the item has been received at our warehouse or Shoppers Stop store and has passed the physical quality inspection. It can take us seven to ten business days to process your request. Every exchange request is contingent upon the availability of stock.

We will mail the chosen product back to you if it fails the quality inspection.

If the item(s) on which points were earned is returned, any First Citizen points that were accrued at the time of purchase will be refunded.

When a return is made, the reimbursement is started in accordance with the refund mode that was chosen when the request was made.

  • Scents and deodorants
  • Home goods (kitchen, dining, and décor)

Some categories are Easy return and exchange policy for 14 days starting on the delivery date

Some Categories are Easy return and exchange policy for 7 – 10 days after delivery date

  • Home furnishings (Bed & Bath)
  • Household Appliances

  • Eyeglasses

3. Visit the Shoppers Stop.

The majority of our stuff can be returned in-store; simply visit any Shoppers Stop location in India and return any unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered with, and saleable items with their original tags, invoices, and packaging still attached.

Upon receipt of the product, you will receive a Shoppers Stop credit note. This will apply even whether you paid for the initial transaction using Net banking, UPI, wallets, debit/credit cards, gift cards, E-gift vouchers, First Citizen Points, or any other method.

The credit note can be redeemed for any comparable purchase made at any Shoppers Stop.

Please provide the bank information with the utmost caution. After the refund is completed, credit will appear in your account within two to three business days.

The credit reflection is entirely dependent upon the bank’s deadline. If your bank was nationalized, there may be additional time before your credit appears in your account.

A new order number will be created for exchanges, and you will receive a separate, comprehensive email with order confirmation information.
