Returns & Exchange Policy:

There is Main Portal Return & Exchange Policy that Shoppersโ€™ customers can follow in case of their dissatisfaction with the purchase made.

The policy for returning and exchanging the product is limited to provided time frames starting from the day it was delivered. The item must be in its original packaging, tags, invoice and packaging, and must be in saleable condition.

This means that after the quality inspection, the products will be taken back if they do not pass the test. Stock issues are relevant to all exchanges, there are restrictions concerning gift cards, e-gift cards, First Citizen cards, used garments, and innerwear.

Customers can return unused, in-original condition products if damaged, defective, or delivered in a different condition.

Nonetheless, any returns or exchanges otherwise than the stated policy will not entitle the customer to a refund for the shipping cost. Items bought during the Sale season can only be exchanged during that same period.

You can use the following methods to return or exchange merchandise to us:

1. Returns and Exchanges via Customers Put an end to the courier pickup.

To request a return or exchange through Shoppers Stop courier collection, customers must return the product in its original condition, with the original tags, invoice, and packaging intact.

To initiate a Return or Exchange, log into your Shoppers Stop account and select “My Account > Order > Return/Exchanges.” To request a return, write to customercare@shoppersstop.com. Within two working days, a courier will pick up the goods from the delivery address.

When submitting a return request, choose the refund mode carefully as it cannot be altered or updated. The courier will pick up the product within two working days, and customers will receive a receipt or SMS confirmation.

2. Return and exchange items via your own courier:

To exchange or return an item, it must be unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Requests must be processed after the item has passed a physical quality inspection at the Shoppers Stop store or warehouse.

The process can take seven to ten business days, and the chosen product will be returned if it fails the inspection. If First Citizen points are earned on the returned item, they will be refunded. The reimbursement process starts according to the refund mode chosen at the request.

Silver Jewellery, Semi-Precious, Cosmetics and Beauty, Scents and deodorants, and home goods cannot be returned or exchanged. Some categories offer an easy return and exchange policy for 14 days, while others offer 7-10 days. Home furnishings, household appliances, smart timepieces, timepieces, and eyeglasses have an easy return and exchange policy.

3. Visit the Shoppers Stop.

To renew, refund, or exchange an item bought from Shoppers Stop, customers can return the unused, unwashed, unaltered, and saleable item in any of the Indian stores of the company. After being given, customers get a credit note from Shoppers Stop, which allows customers to pay using different methods, or get a refund of the credit note. That is a credit note and can be redelivered.

Cash on Delivery refunds are done through online bank transfer and the credit reflected in customerโ€™s account takes approximately 2-3 business days.

Credit reflection is subject to the bankโ€™s timetable and will take more time if nationalized. In cases of exchanges, a new order number is generated and a confirmation email is also made.
