30-DAY RETURN POLICY FOR UNUSED, CLEAN, AND UNALTERED CLOTHING
A CASH REFUND COULD NOT BE ISSUED FOR THE EXCHANGED ITEMS.
Products having vendor defects, even after a client has worn them.
The Credit Note Card/Mobile CN has validity for one year.
If the item is not changed to the customer’s specifications, a credit note will be sent by the store. Fabric costs will also be reimbursed for tailoring flaws in the event of any M2M service.
EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
All exchanges and returns must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and with the original tags still attached.
After 7 days from the date of package receipt, returns will not be accepted.

Within 7 days of receiving your package, damages will be accepted with a written permission number.

Exchanges and refunds that are acquired from a third party are NOT accepted by us.
Please get in touch with your original point of purchase for information on their return policies if you have problems with a product that you bought from a different vendor.
There are no exchanges or refunds accepted for sheets and/or bedding.
Nothing can be exchanged or returned for any intimate clothing, including bras, underwear, and shapers.
TRENDS STORE RETURN & REFUND
As opposed to returns, we provide shop credit. Under no circumstances are refunds to the original payment method processed. Returns are only reimbursed as store credit. Store credit is not given by Trends for the initial shipping costs.
We offer a 14-day policy starting from the date of goods shipment to the customer. We are sorry, but we are unable to provide you with a store credit if 14 days have passed and you have not completed the return shipping.
Items must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, unwashed, and changed in order to qualify for store credit. The item or items must be in their original hangtags and packing. Shoes must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and without visible wear.
Swimsuits, personal products, bodysuits, club wear, fancy dresses, jewelry and accessories, headgear, sale or discounted items, and gift cards are among the products that cannot be returned.
Items that are wrong, damaged, or faulty must be reported within 7 days of the original shipping date.
Only partial reimbursements are given in some circumstances.
We need a proof of purchase receipt in order to process your return and issue a store credit. We won’t be held accountable.
Any item that is missing parts, damaged, or not in its original state for reasons other than our fault.
Note: After your item(s) are delivered to us, returns are processed within 5-7 business days. Trends retail shops DO NOT accept returned drop-offs.
