RETURN POLICY
Returned clothing that meets the requirements of being unused, clean and unaltered cannot be accepted under the 30-day policy and vendor-defective items cannot be exchanged.
The one-year validity period of Credit Note Card/Mobile CN includes a reimbursement for fabric expenses.

EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Customers can only return items when they maintain their original condition and clear state by being unused with clean conditions and when their packaging retains its first state and all tags remain intact. All returns must happen within 7 days as any later requests will not be received.
It is possible to report damages during the first 7-day period. The business hours when customers can ask questions remain available. Furthermore the shop does not acknowledge refund transactions that occur outside their company.
Return all items to their original source for any necessary returns. Sheets and bedding together with intimate clothing remain ineligible for both exchanges and returns to the company.
TRENDS STORE RETURN & REFUND
Trends operates a return policy through store credit that starts from the delivery date of each item. All items require the same condition as delivered and need to remain new without any signs of wear or use and avoidance of washing.
Customers need to send shoes back in their initial packaging when making returns. You need to notify us about unopened damaged or faulty products during the first 7 days after your order shipment. Partial reimbursed payments can be available under certain conditions but customers need to show proof of purchase receipt.
Your returns will be handled by us after item delivery and the whole process takes 5-7 business days. Drop-off returns are not accepted by Trends retail stores at any of their locations.
