Redbus Refund & Cancellation Policy

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

When a customer cancels their bus ticket at least 4 hours prior to time the bus was scheduled to be set off then the 100% of the fare is returned.

Refund of the consideration, which the customer used to purchase the ticket, will be done by restoring the option that was used in the transaction.

The payments guarantee only the bus ticketโ€™s refund. Freemium and auxiliary products are examples of extra charges which are non-refundable in nature.

Refund Process: 

When you manage to cancel, you will receive your refund within 7 and 14 business days from The Company.

The amount of money which the person paid for the bus ticket will be fully taken into consideration when evaluating the refund.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to cancel a ticket and receive a refund, customers have to begin the cancellation process through the Companyโ€™s site or through the Customer Support services.

In order for the bus to be canceled, it must be done at least four hours before the employing companyโ€™s planned bus schedule.

Exclusions: 

The same means of payment as the one employed to pay for the product will be used to deliver the refund.

The return guarantee applies only to cancellations which have been made at least 4 hours before the time for which the booking was made.

Ink cartridge supplies, accessories, peripherals, convenience fees, service charges and other accessories are excluded from the return guarantee.

TRAIN REFUND POLICY

Such tickets are not available under the refund guarantee policy in train operations.

Group refund guarantees cannot be applied to tickets purchased for agents or third-party site.

In addition to this, the service fees charged by redBus are non-refundable.

They are only allowed to be done online through the website or the app, cancellations done over the phone are not allowed.

All cancellations of bookings made with redBus are governed by the cancellation policy and fee structure of the Indian Railways/IRCTC. It could occur that the price depends on the booked quota and the deadline for cancellation.

After preparation of the chart, railways cancels all classes of fully waitlisted e-tickets on its own. In such cases, the reimbursement owed is directly credited to the bank account through which you had bought the tickets less the service charges of redBus.

Trains may give elderly, female, and child passengers extra breaks or concessions. RedBus does not determine the scope or magnitude of the concession. Customers are urged to review the most recent railway policies to see if any savings are available.
