Return Policy
It can only be returned if it has not been opened and is unused and has its accompanying pack within 30 days of order being placed.
Every accessory of the returned product should not be accessible to anyone and all the additional equipment should be intact. Essentially, it remains the duty of the sender to see that the goods reach the intended destination on time in the right condition.
That means the sender can only ensure the items will not be stolen during transit or taken during the transit process. Ask for permission from the customers through email or phone particularly the customer support department.
In the event that an IR cannot be made during delivery then the merchandise has to be returned to the company. A reshipment fee will apply, and sender must provide electronic cards.
For reshipping please contact the Help Center and fill in the new phone number, address and an ID.
Refund Policy
QNET refunds are only accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase and these can be declined later if the QVI or QLearn product has been employed or initiated, or for part refunds.
The refund will be processed to the method used in making the purchase and will be effected after contract termination.
All refunds will be minus a fair administration fee and any bank fees, with deductions made presiding over factors such as region, currencies, shipping and handling charges, and products ordered by the customers.
For the return of the product, QNET will retain part of the total refund amount where the delivery is unpaid.
In case of refund during the grace period, the merchandise has to be sent to the Malaysia / UAE Office with your full name, IR ID, Air Way Bill No and the product should be in sound condition as received.
