RETURN POLICY

Products purchased from the Puma India Online Shop

PUMA India is dedicated to making you happy. As much as we take pride in serving you, we also want you to be happy with your purchase. Within 14 days of the day your product was delivered, you can return it to us if you’re not content for any reason. It’s on the house, and we’ll pay the costs, to make your return easy and affordable.

Our Returns Policy will not cover any damage brought on by misuse or neglect.

Refunds for products are only accepted if they are unused.

Products including face masks, socks, sunglasses, and bodywear are not returnable.

Every item that is being returned needs to be unused, in its original state, with all tags and packaging still attached (shoes, for example, need to be packed and returned in their original shoe box). It also can’t have been tampered with or broken.

Please be aware that following receipt of any footwear purchase, we respectfully ask you not to remove the tag loop that is connected to the item. A crucial component of our return and exchange procedure is this tag loop. Removing the tag loop could make it impossible to handle exchanges or returns.

Orders placed on puma.com within 45 days of purchase are eligible for free online returns, which we are pleased to provide. For a complete refund, you can return your PUMA products* in their original, unused condition. Gift cards, bodywear, and personalized items are not included.

If more than one SKU (size variant) is purchased, each and every amount must be returned.

Please contact our customer support staff at 080-35353535 or customercareindia@puma.com within 72 hours of delivery if you have any questions about the supplied product. Please be aware that if this deadline is missed, we won’t be able to handle your claims.

Should you decide to mail your returns yourself rather than utilizing Puma’s return services, please contact customer service at 080-35353535. Mon–Sun: 09:00–19:00

The procedures to return an item are listed below:

  1. Go Visit Start Returning.
  2. Enter the order number and the order’s mobile number.
  3. Decide which product and how much you want to return.
  4. Decide on the address for pickup.
  5. Decide on the day of pickup. (Window of three to five days)
  6. An SMS confirmation will be sent to the registered cell phone number you provided.

Products bought from PUMA Retail stores

Should the product have been acquired from a PUMA retail outlet, kindly take up this issue with the original retailer. Retail sales associates can help you because they are very informed about our items.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Products purchased from the Puma India Online Shop

Product exchanges are not possible. Kindly place a fresh order on the PUMA Online Store.

Products purchased from PUMA stores

In the event that you bought your merchandise from a PUMA retail store, please take this up with the original retailer.

The availability of the identical goods will determine whether to replace against exchange or claims.

A replacement product will be deducted from any subsequent purchases made at the same store if the original product is not available.

Regardless of the exchanged or claimed object’s current pricing at the time of the exchange or claim, the value of the replaced article will be equivalent to the original purchase price of the exchanged or claimed article, as stated in the invoice.

There won’t be a cash refund or credit note given if the replaced item’s value is lower than the initial value of the exchanged or claimed item.

The retailer will reimburse the difference in cash or credit card against the sale if the replaced item is worth more than the original.

No warranty or exchange accepted for items bought at a discount or during a sale.

It is required to carry the product with its tags still on and the original bill.

REFUND POLICY

In the event that your mode of payment:

1. Prepaid: Refunds will appear in your bank account within 5 to 15 business days.

2. Puma Credits: Within 48 working hours, your registered account will reflect the Puma Credits return.

After the product(s) returns to our warehouse and passes quality control, the following procedures will be followed to begin the refund process

In the event that your mode of payment:

1.Prepaid: Refunds will be started within 48 hours and, depending on your bank, may take up to 5 to 15 working days to appear in your account.

2.Puma Credits: Within two working days of your registration, credits will appear in your account. Refunds will be started within 24 hours.

3.Cash on delivery:  Within 48 hours, we will send you a link on your registered phone number and email address. You can click the link to claim the money by providing your bank account details or UPI ID. (Link will be active for seven days.)

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Here’s what to do if your product has acquired a defect and it has been more than 14 days and less than three months from the purchase date (found on the invoice)

Returning your item to the retailer where you purchased it is advised.

The general criteria for a warranty claim

Only manufacturing faults are the subject of claims, which are accepted after the shoes have been worn properly. There are no valid claims for bodywear or socks.
The damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or poor maintenance is not covered by the guarantee.
The shoe’s laces are not covered by the warranty.
The guarantee does not cover things like detergent-induced fading or tears.
Products that are used or have beyond their guarantee period are not covered by the warranty.
