RETURN POLICY

PUMA India provides customers with a return option that lasts for 14 days including reimbursement of expenses but omitting damages from improper product usage or inadequate care.

PUMA India allows refunds only when products remain unused but does not make exceptions for face masks socks sunglasses or bodywear.

A return enables the exchange of undamaged products in their original condition that includes their complete packaging and tags.

Products purchased from puma.com through the website between 45 days ago are qualified for free online return services but gift cards, bodywear, and customized items are not included.

Users may reach the customer support team for product inquiries within 72 hours after the delivery date.

To get a replacement item from PUMA visit the original selling location. The cost of the replacement deduction will appear on upcoming shopping purchases.

The cost of the item for replacement equals to its original selling value. No cash refunds and no credit notes are possible because returned items with reduced values maintain their original price.

We do not accept warranty or exchange services for merchandise that went through a discounted or promotional sale process.

REFUND POLICY 

Cancelled Orders

Prepaid orders will result in refunds reaching bank accounts through a process lasting between 5 to 15 business days and Puma Credits orders will reflect within 48 working hours.

Returned Orders

Customers can receive their refunds through procedures involving prepaid transactions and Puma Credits in addition to cash on delivery methods.

Prepaid refunds process at 48 hours but Puma Credits require two days before they become usable as credit within 24 hours.

The process to return cash through delivery begins and ends within 48 hours although customers have seven days to follow the link.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Follow this procedure if your product develops a defect within three months but beyond 14 days since purchase according to the invoice date.
