Pepperfry Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

After delivery you need a period of seven business days to start your return process. A defect represents an unfavourable production error which hinders useful product operation.

The product and its online image display need to match for approval. These products do not have electrical power needs and come with replacement only. The platform stops processing return requests after the seventh day period.

The Pepperfry Resolution team will reach out to you through phone during one calendar day after receiving your item photos.

The team studies return requests after which they handle technician-based inspections and schedule pick-up schedules.

The return process will run smoothly if customers retain their product’s original packaging in addition to its user handbook and warranty slip besides keeping the product’s accessories. The company will collect the product somewhere within a 72-hour timeframe.

Not Returnable

Pepperfry.com denies return acceptances for products that lack completeness or show damage or for cases involving wall mounting problems and product issues arising from disassembly or relocation of products.

After delivery the company assumes no responsibility for product damage and it will not grant any refund requests.

Return Request

A return request needs two to three high-quality pictures showing the defective area of the item under consideration. A 5 MB limit exists for file size in the image files allowed by the system.

The procedure for registered users includes starting with login followed by selecting “My Orders” then selecting the product name followed by adding illustrative photos then completing the dialog box to send the request.

Refund Policy:

Buyers who use Pepperfry Wallet can instantly access all refund credits that are eligible for future shopping.

The refund duration for bank accounts, debit cards, net banking and credit cards spans between 7 to 10 business days but NEFT requires 7 to 10 working days.

Customers can receive their refunds either through Pepperfry Wallet or their original payment methods but the company will transfer any partial amounts to their bank account through NEFT.

Refunds of canceled orders will decrease based on all accrued cashback amounts. The refund amount depends on the particular terms set by financial service providers.

Cancellation policy:

Customers can request free cancellation before delivery while processing fees will remain at 2.5% of the order amount.

The resolution team will evaluate a 5% shipment or delivery fee following completion of delivery or shipment.

Customers accessing the “My Orders” section can execute “Cancel Item” functionality to cancel their pepperfry.com orders.
