Peachmode Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Customers can start the product Return process by calling +91-22-62760606 or emailing [email protected].

The delivery time for Returns is within 7 days after shipping. Courier partners will retrieve the item but Peachmode might require self-sending if volume delays the schedule and the customer must pay the courier fees.

Item that was Delivered Incorrectly, had a Manufacturing Defect, or was Damaged Upon Delivery:

Return your items by sending an email to [email protected] along with your purchase number and details regarding the flawed or incorrect items within seven days. The replacement or store gift card options are available to customers but clearance sales follow an absolute no-return policy.

The packing slips together with pickup schedules will be sent by us within the time span of 48-72 hours.

The gift cards along with store credits are available as soon as the merchandise arrives and carry an unlimited duration.

The collaboration between Peachmode and tailors focuses on delivering proper fitting items yet several alterations are essential to achieve the optimal fit.

Standard size order customization service is provided to customers with minimal fees through the comments box during the ordering process.

Product modifications from Peachmode cost nothing to the customers but they must pay shipping expenses. For any modifications or return needs customers need to contact [email protected] through email. Embroidered goods fall outside the refund or return policy of Peachmode.

Sequences and Beads Falling off:

Products made from beads and sequences may accidentally break and such breakdown cannot be prevented entirely. Tailors possess the skill to mend damaged areas and correct them by using less sequences. Confirm whether the product can be changed prior to its return.

REFUND POLICY

From 5 to 7 days is how much time our warehouse requires for shipping items until they reach customers. After that, our employees need 1 to 2 business days to complete returns through exchanges or refunds or store credits. Our company works to achieve customer satisfaction by establishing an easy return policy with complete clarity. The prices for sale items are lower but non-sale items follow the original retail value.

Once a product is sold, only the product amount is offered as store credit or Refund.
