RETURN POLICY
Within 7 days of the product’s delivery, you may return it at any time.
In order to return a product, you can either call us at +91-22-62760606, Monday through Saturday (9 AM to 6 PM), or send us an email at contact@peachmode.com with your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We’ll make plans for our courier partners to pick you up. Should the large volume prevent or delay the pickup service, we will ask you to send the products yourself, and we will pay the courier costs back.
Item that was Delivered Incorrectly, had a Manufacturing Defect, or was Damaged Upon Delivery:
Within seven days of delivery, send us an email at returns@peachmode.com with your purchase number and a few images of the damaged or incorrect items.
If necessary, we will strive to replace the product as soon as possible or provide a store gift card.
Every product that leaves Peachmode is quality tested, verified, and dispatched to the customer. However, we also provide exchanges or the option to mail a replacement piece because we recognize that mistakes can be made by hand.
Items sold during clearance sales are final sales and cannot be returned.
Don’t like the Product or It doesn’t look like the Picture Shown:
We acknowledge that occasionally, you might not be pleased with the goods you received or think it differs from what was advertised. That could be due to a number of factors. In these circumstances, we do provide a simple 7-day return policy. It is relevant for things that are not on clearance.
Send an email with your order number and the reason for the return to returns@peachmode.com.
Within 48 to 72 hours, we will contact you with return packing slips and pickup schedules. (If your pincode is not available for pickup, kindly return the box to us, and we will pay you for the courier up to INR 100.
You will receive store credit or a gift card as soon as the merchandise arrives at our warehouse, which can be used to buy anything else on the internet.
The store credit has an eternal validity. There isn’t a deadline.
We are confident that you will be able to locate a suitable item from our continuously expanding selection because we do upload about 100+ designs every day.
There will be no cash reimbursement.

Stitching Issues for Foreign Customers:
At Peachmode, we collaborate closely with our tailors to deliver the best-fitting item for you. However, as you are aware, a perfect fit can only be achieved after numerous adjustments with your own tailor.
For the best fit, we do advise you to have the item tailored by your personal tailor; nevertheless, we recognize that sewing may not be feasible or may only be very carefully permitted in some foreign countries. at this reason, we offer this service at a low price.
We advise you to include the precise order sizing, as provided by your tailor, in the comments box when you choose standard size. Most of the time, adjustments are necessary because standard sizing may not fit everyone.
We will modify the product at no cost to you, but you will need to submit it to us, and we will make the necessary changes before returning it to you. The shipping business will cover one side’s costs.

In any event, there will be no refunds or returns for embroidered products.
Sequences and Beads Falling off:
We hope that consumers who purchase products with beads and sequences are aware of the product’s propensity to come off. This cannot be prevented, not even with careful handling and shipment. The majority of these issues can be avoided when sewing. The tailor can either repair the entire section or just conceal the parts with fewer sequences. Please check with your tailor if the item may be changed before returning it. There’s a good probability you’ll get a comparable product even if we replace such goods.
REFUND POLICY
It takes 5-7 days for the items to arrive at our warehouse after the pickup is completed. Our staff needs 24 to 48 hours after your arrival to handle any exchange items, store credit, or cash refund.
We are committed to making our clients happy and satisfied. We think the product we sell is the best the consumer can obtain for the money. Our return policy is simple and transparent, as it was created with our valued customers in mind. As much as we would like you to avoid using the policy, we do recognize that there may be instances in which it is necessary to replace or return the item. those at a lower selling price are referred to as sales items, whereas those that are offered at full price are referred to as non-sale (fresh) things.
Please be aware that once a product is sold, only the product amount will be offered as store credit or a refund. Cash on delivery or shipping expenses are non-refundable goods.
