Merchandisers state return policies as conditions and procedures concerning the return or exchange of products.

Customers are able to return packages, make usernames, package merchandise, weigh, get package reductions, make labels and send them to UPS.

To deactivate an account, let the relevant POC initiate the process, and the wallet amount earned will then be transferred to the aforementioned banking account once all deliveries have been accomplished.

Return Policy

Since orders have a refund policy of 48 hours, cancellations can be done seven days from the ordering time and the refund will be issued soon after. In the event that any attempt to collect an amount is proved to be unfruitful, no refunds are made.

No refund is payable where the shipment has been delivered later than expected because of the unguaranteed delivery time.

To encourage appropriate behaviour, the carrier may offer a money back guarantee policy where they have been negligent. If a package is lost in transit or received damaged, up to 100% of transport costs may be reimbursed based on the decision of the insurer and the courierโ€™s insurance.

Return Process

Organize your effects by compacting them into solid boxes; always wrap your shipments in plastic or nylon tape.

Enclose volumes up to 20 pounds in three-ply containers padded and with packaging material and wrapping each piece individually.

Compliance with the prohibition and restricted products and special attention list is necessary.

Do not forget that box dimensions and weight can affect your package delivery experience greatly.

Cancellation Policy

To request an order cancellation, please e-mail info@Parcel-X.com and it will provide the necessary instructions in order to contact the carrier.

But, orders cannot be canceled before or after collection and no refund by any means will be given.

Third-party carriers are the bona fide service providers when you choose an online courier broker; therefore, when the customer support team cannot cancel an order, it will proceed without refunding.
