Pantaloons Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Customer can exchange their orders for size or fitting issues at Pantaloons without any charges.

To begin an exchange, click on ‘My Orders’ then ‘Exchange’. Return policy is formed to fulfil the needs of the customers and it is implemented for the following reasons: The customer has a time frame of 30 days from the date of delivery for returning products which are defective Product exchange for Pantaloons Greencard customers can be made within 90 days of delivery.

Payments are made within 24 – 48 hours after the items have been picked up . Currently there is no provision for these returns, they are only conducted online and not in store.

Merchandise purchased can be returned to the store but intimate products cannot be returned because of freshness issues.

Items purchased on pantaloons.com cannot be returned to any pantaloons store. We are on the process of creating this feature. Kindly begin the returns online only until further consent is given.

Returns are not permitted if the conditions listed below:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery, with Greencard customers entitled to 90 days.
  • Ordered items must be unworn, untagged, and not returnable for hygiene reasons.

REFUND POLICY

Pantaloons provides refunds in two formats: Credit card, debit card, UPI & net banking.

A refund is done back to the source of payment; account, card and wallet within 24- 48 hours after the items have been picked by the logistics supplier.

Credit refunds normally appear within three to five days, or approximately that time frame after the customers have been refunded. In the case of orders placed with other modes of payment, the amount is credited back to Pantaloons Credit account within 24-48 hours.

Selfship refunds are made starting from the time the item has been through quality assurance check. Pantaloons does not accept return or exchange for product categories related to personal care as it is hygienically unwise.

Note that the cost of delivering the product paid at the time of placing the order will not be refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

The company has exchange requests for merchandise which are collected by delivery partners and then shipped.

The delivery period also depends on the city; for metros and Tier 1 cities, it takes three to five days.

Some basic product categories include face masks and undergarments which cannot be returned.

Products bought using the exchange policy can be exchanged once and if the need arises a return process can be made.

Pantaloons Credits accounts are credited with refunds. If a product is unavailable, a new order can be placed.
