OYO Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:

The Refund Policy of OYO operates according to the precise terms of cancellation. A full refund will be given to bookings cancelled 24 hours in advance yet bookings cancelled closer towards check-in time will result in the entire cost being charged.

The hotel pays back all costs for any cancelation that happens within ten minutes. Early check-outs before 2:00 PM require payment for one night while returning the cost of both following nights.

The mobile app and email allow customers to cancel their reservation and the platform provides a refund credit within two weeks of the cancellation date.

The Guests will not receive any refund in cases where they do not receive their payment. The reimbursement size depends upon how severe customer issues prove to be.

Mid-Stay Cancellations:

A change to your booking made before the check-in time will cost one night’s stay and whenever you change after check-in time both the following days will be charged to your account.

OYO Rooms does not refund reservations that become shorter after check-in time and provides easy cancellation methods through its mobile app and email system that generally begin at 2:00 PM.

Customers need to perform cancellation through both the OYO mobile app and website platform. All reimbursements go through an average processing period of 7 to 14 business days.

The payment amount for cancellation charges will be deducted from OYO Money balances of guests when fees exceed their payment.

OYO takes no responsibility for refund payments when natural disasters or terrorist activities and exceptional situations of force majeure occur.

Refund Request

Customers who need to file refund requests should contact OYO through their complaint mail ID at [email protected].

The Refund processing begins after customer service approval and approval of all policy requirements.

Cancellation Policy:

OYO enables cancellation through its website and application and returns funds to customers after 7-14 business days from the request date.

OYO Money account holders may experience fee deductions from OYO if the additional fee exceeds their original booked payment.

Hotels within their policies refuse to permit reservations from single couples while also rejecting local identification documentation.

OYO does not provide refunds nor reimbursements to guests after cancellations or denial of hotel entry. Guests need to review their booking voucher since corporate reservations maintain their own cancellation terms.

Refundable Date Postponement Fee:

  1. Payment totalling 50% must reach OYO Money at minimum 30 days before the check-in date.
  2. Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date, the full advance payment
