Any reservation canceled up to 24 hours before the planned check-in date will receive a full refund. If you need to cancael within 24 hours of your scheduled check-in, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation.
Refund Policy:
- The conditions surrounding the cancellation affect OYO’s refund policy.
- OYO will completely reimburse the reservation if it is canceled up to 24 hours prior to check-in.
- If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before check-in, OYO will charge the full cost of the reservation.
- If a reservation is canceled within ten minutes, OYO will reimburse the whole price.
- If you check out before 2:00 PM, OYO will charge you for one night and reimburse you for the other nights.
- If a stay is shortened after 2:00 PM, OYO will bill for the next two nights and reimburse the nights that are not used.
- You can use our mobile app or website to cancel your reservation.
- To cancel your reservation, you may also send us an email at uk.bookings@oyorooms.com. Within 14 working days, you will get a credit for the appropriate return amount.

- You will receive a credit for the appropriate refund amount in 7–14 business days. In the event that the cancellation amount exceeds the amount you have already paid, OYO has the right to deduct from your OYO Money account.
- You might be eligible for a complete refund if OYO is unable to arrange for substitute lodging or if you decline such accommodations.
- There will be no refund for the reservation if you do not check into the hotel.
- The severity of the problems will determine the refund amount, which will be determined in accordance with our policies.
Mid-Stay Cancellations:
- You will be charged for one night if, during your stay, you choose to cancel your reservation before the hotel’s check-in time.
- Â You will be charged for the next two nights if you want to cancel your reservation after the hotel’s check-in time. Refunds will be given for the remaining nights’ cost.
- There is no refund for bookings made for four or more rooms that are shortened after the check-in date.
We would be delighted to have you, but in the unlikely event that your plans change, our straightforward cancellation procedure ensures that you will get a prompt confirmation and prompt reimbursement. Our check-in time is usually at 2:00 PM.
Customers can use the OYO mobile app or website to cancel their reservation. The guest will receive the reimbursement money in 7–14 business days. OYO has the right to debit the guest’s OYO Money account if the cancellation fee exceeds the amount that has already been paid.
It usually takes 5-7 business days for OYO Rooms to complete reimbursements for canceled reservations. OYO attempts to reimburse the money to the original payment source within this timeframe, albeit the precise amount may differ based on the payment method chosen and the processing times of each particular bank.
If a natural disaster (such as an earthquake, landslide, etc.), terrorist activity, government directives, or any other act of force majeure beyond OYO’s control prevents rooms from being available, OYO shall not be held responsible for refunding the full booking cost or any portion of it, unless expressly stated.
Refund Request
Refunds@oyorooms.com is OYO’s complaint mail ID. Refund requests from customers are handled exclusively through this email address. You can email an email to this address requesting a refund, along with the details of your booking and your justification. If your claim is approved by OYO’s customer service team and satisfies their policy conditions, they will process your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- Using the OYO website or mobile app, you can cancel your reservation.

- OYO maintains the right to deduct from your OYO Money account if the cancellation fee exceeds the amount you have already paid.
- Certain hotels do not accept reservations from single couples or local identification documents.
- The Guest has access to this information before completing the reservation. OYO shall not be required to reimburse the Guest for any cancellations or denials of check-in related to such reservations that are refused by the Hotel.
- In the event that a customer cannot produce a legitimate form of identification, a minor is traveling alone, or the hotel has reason to suspect that a guest is checking in suspiciously, it reserves the right to refuse check-in.
- Â In any of these situations, OYO will not be required to reimburse the guest for any money.
- The cancellation policy outlined in your contract will be applicable to corporate reservations.

Refundable Date Postponement Fee:
- 50% of total cost due 30 days or more before check-in date
- Less than 15 days prior to the check-in date, the full advance payment
