Return Policy:

The terms of sale from OnePlus cover both shipping and handling expenses while providing customers follow their standard return procedures.

OnePlus provides cost-free shipping for returns that arise from product errors including defects or damaged items or incorrect products.

The company permits return of purchased merchandise during a 30-day period as long as the customer provides correct packaging and necessary return forms.

The right to deny return requests belongs to OnePlus when items fail to match their specified criteria.

When customers return open and non-defective items they will receive 85% of their purchase amount while delivery and handling fees stay unpaid.

The entire product line of OnePlus consists of products that must go through complete testing durations.

Parts of cash refunds are available for products inside the return period section that remain new, sealed and unused providing they were not damaged or used outside of the designated return duration though shipping fees and handling charges remain unpaid.

The exchange process offers customers 85% off the item’s list price, with the delivery person delivering a new phone after validation.

The purchase cancellation policy allows customers to obtain refunds when their exchange device proves to be damaged and the refund process takes place during a 14-day period.

There appear to be three options for giving the phone back:

The company provides shipping coverage only for phones damaged past day 14 and does not compensate damaged units according to their policy.

Only when the following requirements are satisfied will we approve a Replacement:

Customers must send in-box accessories such as manuals and freebies which are damaged when the items remain in their original packaging and bear matching serial numbers and MRP tags and arrive in their original box.

Exchange Policy:

Phone hardware bought directly from Oneplus.in under their limited warranty program starts from the delivery time. The official support website (oneplus.in/support) enables customers to request repairs or replacements of their products.

Return Process:

Our product returns require you to check the return policy through the verification process followed by form completion then a request submission to obtain shipment info after which you need to ship your gadget to us for assessment.

Pick-Up in-Store

The pickup verification process requires one-time password (OTP) delivery to the specified phone number during the order placement stage.

In-store delivery of the product requires the validation through OTP. Orders processing may lead to cancellation along with refund if the verification OTP is not received.

Any damages including indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential developed from the sale or order process do not hold OnePlus accountable regardless of negligence or legal theory.
