Oneplus Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Return Policy:

OnePlus’s conditions of sale state that if you return an item in line with their regular procedures, they will cover the cost of shipping and handling. Using a carrier chosen by OnePlus is part of this. OnePlus will not reimburse shipping fees if you ship the item on your own dime unless the return is the result of an error on their part, like a defective, damaged, or wrong item.

  • If a product is returned in accordance with OnePlus’s regular procedures, such as using a carrier of OnePlus’ choosing, OnePlus will cover all shipping and handling costs. OnePlus will not cover any shipping charges if the Product is returned at the customer’s expense rather than in accordance with OnePlus’s usual procedures, unless the return is the result of OnePlus’s error (e.g., defective, damaged, or wrong item).
  • Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • The return form has to be sent back with your return.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure that the package bears a legible sender identification stamp.
  • It is also your duty to make certain that OnePlus gets the return in a proper manner.
  • Returns may be inspected by OnePlus at their service locations.
  • OnePlus has the right to refuse a return if the item does not fulfill their conditions.
  • You may get 85% of the purchase price back if you return an opened, non-defective item during the return policy window, but shipping and handling costs are not covered.
  • OnePlus phones and accessories are built with the utmost care and go through extensive testing. Within fifteen (15) calendar days of delivery, you can ask for a refund if you’re not happy with your OnePlus product for any reason. Regarding return refunds, if the customer paid the shipping cost, we won’t reimburse that amount as previously because shipment is a one-time consumable service, after we approve your request and receive the product.

Please be aware that our service centers will inspect each and every return. The initial shipping and handling charge will not be refunded. In the event that the device does not match the specifications, we have the right to refuse the return.

  • The delivery person will pick up your Exchange Device and give you your new phone after your device has been validated.
  • Following the completion of the transaction, you won’t ask to access or return the exchange device.
  • If the exchange device is not in acceptable condition, you may cancel your purchase for the exchange item.
  • Any refund will be issued back to the original payment method that was used on this website.
  • After receiving something, you have 30 days to send it back.

There appear to be three options for giving the phone back:

  1. If a customer’s phone is broken and they want it repaired or replaced, OnePlus will pay for shipping.
  2. If the consumer returns the phone for a refund during the first 14 days even though it is not damaged, OnePlus will not pay for delivery.
  3. The customer wants a refund rather than a repair or replacement since the phone is damaged; the policy you cited above does not cover this situation.

Only when the following requirements are satisfied will we approve a Replacement:

• All in-box accessories, including manuals and freebies, must be returned once we’ve established that there isn’t any damage caused by the client (scratches, dents, etc.) aside from the defect that was reported.

• The product must be in its original box or packaging, undamaged.

• The product’s serial number must match, and the MRP tag must be present.

Exchange Policy:

Oneplus.in offers a Limited Warranty on workmanship and materials for hardware purchases made directly from the company.

Return Process:

  1. Verify whether you are covered by our return policy
  2. Complete the form and send in your request for return service.
  3. Your service request will be verified by our staff, and you will receive the shipment instructions.
  4. Send your gadget out.
  5. We will process your return as soon as your equipment is received and passes inspection.

Pick-Up in-Store

  1. Please be aware that before to delivery, an OTP will be sent to the phone number provided during the order placement process. Before the product may be turned over to the client, an OTP verification will take place during the time of pickup. The consumer must supply this OTP to us.
  • The product cannot be given to the customer in-store if an OTP is not given.
  • The order may need to be canceled and the money you paid to us refunded if you are unable to give us the OTP.
  • Regardless of whether the other party has been informed that such damages may occur, OnePlus shall not be responsible for (a) any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages that may arise from or result from this sale or order, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, and/or loss of business, or (b) damages that exceed the amounts paid to OnePlus under this sale or order. The aforementioned is applicable regardless of each party’s negligence or other fault, and it doesn’t matter if the liability is based on a contract, tort, negligence, or another type of legal theory.
