Return & Exchange Policy:
Orders issued domestically can be returned with refunds applied unless the products are specified as made-to-order. International orders cannot be returned to supplier.
Customers are eligible to return their purchase within seven days after receiving their delivery for a replacement or refund of their payment.
Products require no damage with evidence of usage and no wearing while remaining unused in their original packaging.
Specific items cannot be exchanged together with return possibilities. Customers have seven days after goods delivery to request size exchanges of their merchandise.
The product fitting and dimension options for exchange are available only for orders placed inside India.

Return & Exchange Request Process
The product return and replacement process requires customers to complete these specific steps.
Select the “My Orders” page then locate ‘Return’ or ‘Replacement’ under Order followed by attaching images of the product for a refund support request through the Support Center.
The customer will get an immediate refund if the product cannot be replaced using the original packaging.
Not Returnable Product
Customers can request returns of made-to-order items accompanied by international orders and innerwear at Nykaa Fashion.
The item collection takes place from three to five business days after customers submit their requests. The refund procedures for net banking or credit/debit card payments begin throughout a 24 to 48 business hour period.
The ‘My Orders’ page enables clients to check the status of their current refunds. The system enables delivery of the approved item between three and five working days after approval. The item requires unboxing along with its original tags present.
Customers receive their account refunds after five to seven business days processing time. The payment for prepaid orders goes back to the same payment method as the original purchase.
Refund Policy:
Buyers receive 24 hours to cancel their order after placing it. Every cancellation request after application of the 24-hour deadline will be denied because our processing system has already started working on your order.
Our business maintains flexibility to get our products either from brand partners or order new items on request. All requests for refunds together with swaps and retunrs are excluded due to how the products are handled.
