Return & Exchange Policy:
- For domestic orders, the majority of our products are returnable and refundable.
- Returns are not accepted for certain made-to-order items.
- Each product’s return and exchange policy is spelled out in detail on its page.
- Orders placed from overseas are not returnable or exchangeable, please note.
Within seven days of delivery, you can request a refund or replacement of the product if it is eligible by navigating to the My Order section of the app. - Products can only be replaced or returned if they are undamaged, unused, unworn, and in original packaging. All labels and tags must also be fully intact.
- Any products that qualify for a return can be sent back within seven days of delivery. Please be aware that some goods cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Within seven days of receiving the goods, if the size is incorrect and you would like a new one, please request a size exchange in the My Order section or contact the customer care staff.
- Orders placed within India may occasionally be eligible for minor size and fit adjustments.
- Regarding size exchanges and alterations, our staff will make every effort to assist you, subject to availability.
- We will provide you the option to return the item if the size you have selected is not available.

Return & Exchange Request Process
After delivery, you have seven days to seek a return or replacement if you’re not happy with the purchase or have changed your mind.
Step1: Take one of the actions listed below:
- Through the My Orders section
- Select “My Orders.” Choose ‘Return’ or ‘Replacement’ under Order. Continue with the explanation for the return and provide product photos.
- Through the Support Center
- To request a refund or replacement of your product, click “Submit Request” and enter your order ID.
Step 2: It will be our responsibility to get the item from you after we receive your request. Only until the products are received in their original packaging, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, will we begin the refund or replacement procedure.
Note: Availability of stock is a determining factor in cases when replacement is necessary. Should a replacement not be available, you will receive a complete refund.
Not Returnable Product

After receiving the request, Nykaa Fashion will set up a pickup in three to five business days. They are allowed to try to take up the object up to three times.
After the product is picked up, Nykaa Fashion will start the refund process. Within 24 to 48 business hours, refunds for payments made by net banking or credit/debit cards will be deposited into the original account.
An extra two to three business days could pass before the money shows up in your account.
The ‘My Orders’ area allows you to monitor the status of your return.
Once you make a return request via the My Orders area by phone, email, or app, the item is scheduled for pickup.
Once your return request has been approved, our courier partner will come and pick up the item within three to five business days.
Please be aware that the item needs to be unopened and ready with the appropriate tags. Our delivery representative might examine the return item’s quality while it is being picked up.
A refund is started as soon as our courier partner picks up the item. According to bank timeframes, it may take five to seven days for it to appear in your account.
After that, our quality control staff returns this item to our warehouse to inspect it. A new replacement order is placed as soon as the product clears quality control.
From the “My Order” area, you may monitor the status of your return.
A pick-up is scheduled for the product once you request a return. After we receive your return request, our courier partners will arrange to pick up the goods within three to five business days. We will start processing your refund as soon as the pickup is finished.
Money from prepaid orders will be refunded to the credit card, bank account, or debit card used to make the original purchase.
Customers who purchase items with cash on delivery must supply their bank account information or UPI ID in order to obtain their refund.
If you cancel your purchase, we will complete your refund within three business days.
If you would like to return an item, our courier partner will pick it up and refund your money.
Refund Policy:
- If you decide to change your mind, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. We are unable to process cancellation requests after this time has passed and your order has been processed.
- Upon request, we can obtain our products from partner brands or have them created to order. As a result, refunds, swaps, and returns are not accepted.
