Return Policy
The company has a rather straightforward returns policy whereby most products purchased in the company can be returned within the first one week after they were delivered.
Customers, for returns, are welcome to reach out to the company via the phone, WhatsApp or any physical contact but, the company only allows returns which will then be followed by a refund.
All orders have become return eligible, which means they are eligible to apply for a return during a certain time period. It cannot interchange products to size or color but it can interchange product to color or size.
Acceptance of Payment is done through UPI, Credit & Debit Cards, and Net Banking and Call Option Delivery (COD).
If an address was entered before the order was shipped, it can be modified; but if the company does not deliver its products in a particular region, it has the right to remove the address.
Return Request
To return a product, go to Me, find the desired product or the purchase, indicate the reason of the return, send the request, and you will know that WhatsApp notifies you on the creation of the return.
Return items must be in its original packaging with the invoice and the item must be in its new condition.
Refund Policy
Refunds for COD and prepaid payments are available. A payout link is sent through email within three to five working days of the item being picked up and a standard text message to the registered telephone number.
The refund will be processed to the initial payment mode that was used in the transaction for 3 to 5 business days.
Cancel Process
COD orders must be accepted because they cannot be changed or cancelled. Prepaid orders can only be canceled by using the app not through phone calls or any other means.
To cancel an order, you should enter the app, find the โOrdersโ section, pick the necessary order and press โCancel Item.โ Paid order refunds take 24 hours to 48 hours. Once shipped, the orders cannot be cancelled.
Foreign orders cannot be cancelled once they leave our store or dep [ our overseas distribution center. For any emergency situation, you have to talk to the customer service personnel.
