Return & Exchange Policy:
Only the following situations will qualify for the use of our return and exchange policy:
- The merchandise ought to be new, untouched, unwashed, and in perfect condition.
- All tags must be securely fastened to the merchandise. If you believe a product was delivered without tags, kindly contact our customer service department.
- Damaged or filthy returns will be returned to the client and will not be accepted.
- If belts, dust bags, leather tags, or other designer packaging are offered, please include these with your return.
- Before wearing, every shoe should be tried on on a carpeted surface. Shoes must be worn with the original boxes in unused condition, free of postage labels.
- Swimwear needs to be tried on over underwear, keeping the adhesive strip in place for protection. Items that have been soiled or without this strip removed will not be accepted for return and will be returned back to the purchaser.
Every item sold on Nete.in comes with an unconditional guarantee. We work hard to ensure that each and every one of our customers is happy, so please email customercare@nete.in if you are not happy with your purchase or service.
An item can only be Returned or Exchanged if it complies with all Rules:
- Within 14 days of receiving the item, you may return it for store credit or exchange it for a different size or color.
- All exchanges, however, are contingent upon stock availability, and in such cases, your store credit will be good for a month following the date on which we receive the returned item.
- Furthermore, please be aware that customized goods, gift cards, things that are on sale, or purchases made with a discount code are final sales and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges for items with free shipping are subject to a flat fee of INR 150/-.
- We advise returning your item for a credit and buying the new item separately if you would like to exchange it for a different product.
- Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for any goods that we sell.
- Only when the product is received in its original packaging will we be able to complete an exchange or store credit.
- Customers can seek a return of an item by writing to customercare@nete.in. Note that only functioning pincodes are eligible for reverse pick-ups.
- Until the goods arrive at our location, you are responsible for them. If the goods is damaged in transit, we are not responsible for it.
- We advise you to get a proof of postage.
- All items will be examined upon return to check for stains, odors, damage, and spoilage.
- The same terms that apply to returns of merchandise also apply to exchanges.
- Shipping costs for returns or missing returns are not covered by Nete.in. Upon delivery, a minimum shipping fee of INR 100 will be subtracted from the customer’s store credit.
- Items that are mistakenly returned to us or unidentifiable returns are not covered by our liability policy.
- Please be aware that items on the website that are indicated with cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns on jewelry.
- The same will be made clear under “Description” on the product page.
- We will offer to get defective items repaired wherever possible.
- After your order is finalized, there won’t be any more adjustments possible.
We’ve done everything we can to ensure that the colors of our products are displayed on the website as accurately as possible. However, we are unable to ensure that the color you see will be accurate due to monitor variations.
Shipping Policy:
On Nete.in, we produce on demand. Order processing normally takes 7–12 business days, and shipping inside India takes a further one or two days.
- Once an order is shipped to you, we are unable to change it, therefore please double check your mailing address.
- We might need to verify your information with your card provider before we ship out your transaction. We’ll try our hardest to minimize any delays.
- Your things will be processed for a full day after your order is accepted, which is when our shipping time begins. Please be aware that during our sale seasons, shipping dispatch may take up to 72 hours, so please be patient.
- In India, free shipping is only available for orders totaling more than INR 5000.
- Items that ship within 72 hours (three business days) are not eligible for first purchase discounts.
- Orders with free shipping must be returned and exchanged for a flat fee of INR 150.
- During the sale period, items that ship within 72 hours will be delivered within 3 business days.
- Every pin and zip code will have a different delivery for the same. If the order contains mixed items, it will be delivered according to schedule.
- We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of custom delays on our international orders. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes
- All orders will require a signature up on receipt.
