7-Day Return Policy: The Return Policy on mivi.in states that customers can return all unused products in their original packages with the invoice within 7 days of their delivery date.
All products come with a 30 day exchange and return policy and the exchanged goods must be returned within 30 days from delivery, unused, in its original unpacked condition and packaging and must not have been used, damaged or had its original product labels removed from it.
Returns of products require proper packing and come in a sturdy box or bag with €5.00 being charged for every returned parcel.
When the total order value is less than €80 and when the total order value is equal to or more than €80 deliveries have potentialing for free delivery.
Picking up does not constitute a return and a handling fee of €10.00 will be levied on any parcels that are not collected.
Customers can initiate returns giving return numbers and the cheapest means of shipping must be used.

Cancellations Policy
- Order cancellations are not accepted once the order has started the shipping process.
- If you would like the product returned to us, though, you can refuse delivery of the item and we will execute a Refund for pre-paid orders.
