RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may need to exchange or return your goods, but we allow only size exchanges for swimwear, socks, underwear, lingerie, toiletries, skincare, cosmetics, fragrances, beauty items, perfumes, designer jewelry, watches, sunglasses and accessories. The products must be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and unworn condition within 15 days of delivery.
When using the exchange service, we are allowed to exchange any style up to two times, and for them, we will organise a pickup for the return request in three business days.
RETURN ONLINE
To return an item, log in to My Account, navigate to order history, choose the product you wish to return and place a return request.
The material should be packed, sealed and delivered to our courier partner. Withing the specification time which is two to seven business days, we will review your return and process for a refund of payment.
RETURN TO STORE
To get your money back, return merchandise to Max shop, original invoice must be presented and tags must be on the product.
If you paid in cash, ask for a cash refund or go back to the Max Mycredit portal, but if you used a card or wallet, get it returned to your initial account.
REFUND POLICY
ONLINE REFUND:
Depending on the agreed amount to be returned, the reimbursement takes place via either checking account or My Credit, he or she gets the refund within 48 hours of their request.
Accurate bank information is needed if the applicant chooses My Credit, while the return shall reach the applicant within 5-7 days, in compliance with the banking practice.
REFUND TO STORE:
If the customer used cash to pay for the products, Landmark gives the customer an opportunity to get a cash back or back to his My Credit account.
For a customer to request for refund he has to return the product to any of the Max store, it comes with the invoice and the tags.
Once checked out, the store is responsible for the refund and the refund can be made on the initial mode of payment.
