Manyavar Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Manyavar Policies:

Our mission is to provide the highest-quality handcrafted goods, made by specialists in their fields and skillful men, while also taking into account the ethics and feelings behind the newest fashion trends.

Our goal is to deliver complete user happiness while guaranteeing the quality of our products. All exchanges and returns of merchandise once it has been delivered by us are subject to the following Exchange & Return Policies and the Terms of Use.

Although we sincerely hope you are pleased with your purchase, we will be pleased to arrange for an exchange or refund if you are not content with the product, particularly if there is a problem.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • When a product is returned, it must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with its tags still on because it will be examined by us. Certain products may contain a tag that reads “Red Colored: No Return,” which must also be intact in order for a return to be accepted.
  • Exchanges and returns are accepted for items with the same or greater price.
  • Exchanges for accessories are not permitted.

Process of Exchange and Return

  • Customers can easily request an exchange or return of any product they have purchased from Manyavar by visiting www.manyavar.com.
  • This policy applies to all clothing items, with the exception of accessories. Requests for returns and exchanges must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and within 10 days of the product(s) being delivered, respectively.
  • In the event that you would like to return any or all of the products in your order, we also accept partial returns. However, damaging a set of clothes is not acceptable for a partial refund.
  • To ensure you have a video and visual proof in case you need to make a refund or claim, please record a video of the product as soon as you receive it.

Online Returns & Exchanges

  • Please go to www.manyavar.com, log in to your user account, and use the “My Orders” area to request an exchange or refund.
  • After we get your request, we will arrange for a return pick-up. It is imperative that the product is appropriately wrapped, and that all of the tags remain intact, undamaged, and unused.
  • Go back Exchange pick-up options are offered in some places, based on the courier services offered there.

Should you decide to arrange for a pick-up –

  • Wrap the product neatly in a packet.
  • Don’t shut the packet.
  • To expedite the pickup procedure, keep the packet prepared and open.

When the product is picked up, a member of our staff will first confirm its authenticity. Later, at our returns desk/warehouse, the product will undergo a quality check.

You can send the merchandise back to us on your own by courier if return pick-up is not an option where you live. Please make note of the returned product’s Order ID and Return ID on the packaging.

Return & Exchange – Shop

In-store exchanges and returns are only accepted in India. At every Manyavar & Mohey unique store closest to your area, we would be happy to help. Please use our store locator to visit any of our locations.

Exclusions from the Return and Exchange Policy

Please be aware that items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging in order to be returned or exchanged. In addition, certain products come with a “Red Colored: No Return Tag,” which needs to be attached when the product is received.

Refund Policy:

We make an effort to carry all of the products that are listed on our website. On the other hand, we will alert you within two (2) working days of the purchase date if an item becomes unavailable for any reason. After that, you can choose to cancel the order or replace your product with one that is identical but more expensive. Refunds will be started in accordance with cancellation policies.

Only the following situations will result in refunds:

  1. Actual problems with quality
  2. Lost packages during transportation
  3. If the incorrect item was sent to you

In the following situations, there will be no refunds:

  • Pattern and hue changes
  • Items that are returned damaged or used.

After we have received and validated the merchandise, refunds will be issued. A delivery slip containing the AWB number must be provided by the customer in the event that the product is lost in transit.

Refund Request:

After we initiate the refund, it takes about ten to fifteen business days.

The refund will be credited to the original account used to pay for the order.

Note that a number of third-party organizations, including banks and payment gateways, have an impact on when the actual account credit occurs.

Self – Shipped Returns:

Your shipping expenses will be fully repaid for any returns that you ship yourself (up to a maximum of Rs. 150 per order). You must email us at care@vedantfashions.com a scanned copy of your courier bill or receipt.

For processing to be successful, the courier bill or receipt needs to meet the requirements listed below:

  1. The weight of the returned item should be included.
  2. It is important to include the shipment date, amount, origin (home or office) address, destination address, and other information.
  3. It is NOT acceptable to change or overwrite the information on the receipt.
  4. The sender, destination, and service combination should not be exceeded by the courier charge (amount indicated on the receipt), and this should be double confirmed with the courier business.

This is dependent upon our inspection and proper processing of your returns after we receive them. The exchange request will be handled once the merchandise has been validated.

Cancellation process:

By visiting the My Accounts section of www.manyavar.com and submitting a cancellation request within 24 hours of placing the order (or before product dispatch, whichever is earlier), you can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded to the original payment source.

Color and Embroidery

We take great care to preserve the intrinsic attributes of our items, and we guarantee their quality; nevertheless, because textiles vary, we cannot guarantee the garment’s embroidery or any color bleeding.

Measurements

The cut, fabric, and style of each item of clothing affect how well it fits us. Some clothing is styled to fit more closely, while other clothing is meant to fit loosely and comfortably.

The specified measurement may vary somewhat according to the characteristics of various textiles.

Colour Display

We’ve made every effort to present the product colors on this website as accurately as we can. But, the color of the actual products could change from the one on the website for a variety of reasons.

These could include your monitor’s settings, the color of your visual display, the image resolution, or the lighting conditions under which the product photos were taken.

Wash and care

We kindly ask that you carefully read and adhere to the washing directions listed on the product’s tag in order to prevent any harm from occurring.

Transactional Disputes

Any Transactional Disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, India. Since the Cardholder/customer has exceeded the pre-set mutual limit that they have mutually agreed upon with their own bank, we, as the merchant, shall have no duty whatsoever with regard to any loss or damages deriving, directly or indirectly, from our refusal of authorization for any transaction on their account.
