Manyavar Policies:

The primary target we pursue is to achieve satisfied users through guaranteeing each product’s quality.

Policy limits apply to Exchange procedures as well as Returns according to terms of use. Our business provides Refunds together with product Exchanges in case of product issues.

Return & Exchange Policy

All Return items must remain unused along with being unwashed, unaltered and keeping all original tags.

The Exchange service only accepts merchandise at or above the current price level and excludes all accessories from this Policy.

Process of Exchange and Return

Customers can initiate Exchanges or Returns for all clothing products aside from accessories when using the Manyavar platform.

Submissions for requests need to be made within 48 hours after delivery along with 10 days after delivery.

The company enables partial Returns yet rejects any damage to the sets. The process of requesting a Refund requires customers to film a product video.

Online Returns & Exchanges

The online procedure for exchanging or requesting Refunds begins by visiting www.manyavar.com and accessing the section called “My Orders” through login.

The products must be neatly wrapped and unused for a Return pick-up request after they have been received.

Management allows for quick pick-up when the delivery packet remains open. A quality assessment of the product takes place at the Returns desk following its confirmation at this location.

The product will be delivered through courier when pick-up service is unavailable.

Return & Exchange – Shop

The Indian customers of Manyavar & Mohey can Exchange or Return products through their unique stores which provide assistance for transactions.

Exclusions from the Return and Exchange Policy

The Returns Policy requires customers to keep items unused, unaltered and in their original packaging and maybe also attached with a “Red Coloured: No Return Tag.”

Refund Policy:

The online store maintains all products available for purchase except for cases where item availability diminishes in two working days which enables customers to initiate cancellations or replacements.

Customers receive Refunds through the established cancellation Policy yet the process only occurs when dealing with product quality shortages and package loss, wrong deliveries, altered designs and faulty products and used goods.

The customer needs to submit their lost product delivery receipt which includes the AWB number.

Self โ€“ Shipped Returns:

Customers of Vedant Fashions can request Refunds totaling Rs. 150 for each purchase. The processing of your scanned courier document or receipt for [email protected] will begin immediately.

When providing a Return bill for a shipment the record must include weight data as well as shipment date and amount data together with origin and destination address information and it should never violate courier fees.

Exchange procedures will begin after product validation takes place.

Cancellation process:

The My Accounts section of www.manyavar.com allows customers to cancel their online purchases within 24 hours of purchase date while Returning the entire payment to their payment source.
