A ticket should be submitted within 24 hours after the train reaches its final stop because the air conditioning system does not function.
The TTE organization should submit overage fee statements no longer than three days following train arrival at a passenger destination. A refund statement is not authorized when no passenger has traveled on a ticket.
No reimbursement of fares will be granted when RAC e-tickets are neither canceled nor submitted online within thirty minutes before train departure time.
