You can process your ticket refund through Lufthansa Chat Assistant or “My bookings”-“Flight details” or by utilizing the ticket request form available below.
The service centre will handle your request manually. Manual service center staff members will handle all requests.
The following situations are the only ones where a full refund is feasible:
A variety of flight disruptions has resulted in your cancellation or departure time delay or destination delay of two hours or a five-hour time shift. Customers who book their tickets at least seven days before their departure receive this benefit.
The conditions and method of ticket purchase determine Lufthansa’s Refund Policy:
