Limeroad Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Within seven days after the order’s delivery, we accept returns and exchanges for products purchased on Limeroad.
  • On the other hand, some products like jewellery and lingerie are marked as “Non-Returnable” in the product description on the website, meaning that our sellers do not accept returns or exchanges for them.
  • To determine whether or not the item is returnable, please review the return policy linked to under the ‘delivery and return’ part of the product detail page.
  • All we ask is that you keep the goods in its original box, tags, and condition and do not use it. You are free to try on a product, but do take reasonable precautions to maintain its condition.
  • For a return or exchange to be accepted, every item must be undamaged, in its original packaging, and with all tags still attached (shoes, for example, must be packaged in their original shoe box).
  • As soon as we get your return request, we forward it to our logistic partners for return pick-up.
  • Within three days of receiving the request, our logistic partner picks up the product or products.
  • There will be three attempts by our logistic partners to retrieve the product or products.
  • The return request will be deemed successful on our end if the item is not picked up after the third try.
  • If such is the case, you may file a new Return request if you qualify. Please get in touch with our Customer Care for additional information.
  • Kindly make sure you return all the things for which the request was made and maintain the shipment ready.
  • You might not be able to use the return option if you don’t do this.
  • Our transport partners do not presently support the pick-up of returned items in specific pin-codes.
  • If no transport partner is able to pick up the returned items from a pin-code, you will receive the notice “Pickup service is not available. If you see this message, we kindly ask that you use a local courier service to send the items to our warehouse.
  • In addition to making sure the products are shipped with the “Return Slip” section of the invoice, please make sure the products are undamaged and still in their original packaging with tags. We might not be able to perform the refund if the Return Slip is not in the courier.
  • Kindly use the ‘My Returns’ feature on our website/app to upload the shipment data after it has been sent.
  • When you submit the shipment details for a return, you will see the notice “Self-ship details pending.
  • Please be aware that in order to receive a refund for the returned goods, you must complete the self-ship data.
  • We will reimburse you for the cost of delivering the item to our warehouse as well as the item’s total quantity after we receive the returned item in our warehouse.
  • Please deliver the product(s) to the warehouse address listed below if you receive the notification “Pickup service is not available.”

Return Process

Please take these actions in order to return or exchange your order.

  1. Enter your account login information.
  2. Access My Orders.
  3. Press the Return button.
  4. Decide the items you would like to return.
  5. If there are any relevant exceptions, you will receive a refund after your product is picked up and quality-checked.

Refund Policy

  • After the returned item passes the warehouse’s quality control inspection, we try to process your refunds within 7 business days.
  • However, the refund is contingent upon the bank’s transaction and processing time after Limeroad initiates the NEFT.
  • If there are any discrepancies with your refund, Limeroad has the right, at its sole discretion, to ask you to send us a screenshot of your bank statement.
  • We are aware that occasionally it can take longer than seven days for the product to arrive at our warehouse and quality control facilities, meaning that Q.C. might take longer.
  • In such a case, we might process the refund amounts sporadically, but we reserve the right to take the necessary actions to recover the amount that has already been transferred to your account in the event that the product fails the quality check.
  • If Limeroad discovers proof of fraud, misuse of refunds, or other deceptive practices that gives Limeroad the right to sue you, Limeroad may reject your request for a refund.
  • If you used a bank account, credit card, or debit card to pay for your order, the refund will be credited to your bank account or credit card account within 7 business days of Limeroad’s payment date, provided the products pass the quality control inspection.
  • After the goods clears Q.C. at our warehouses, the sum paid for the order using LR Credits is reimbursed to your LR account in a matter of 5 to 10 business days.
  • Within 5 to 10 business days of the product’s clearing the Q.C. at our warehouse, if you paid for the order using the Cash on Delivery option, the necessary amounts will be returned as LR Credits into your LR account.
  • You can choose to have your money returned to your bank account or as Limeroad credits.
  • Kindly be advised that in order to receive any reimbursement to your bank account, you must adhere to the Company’s policy in this regard.
  • This will require complete compliance on your part in every way. Additionally, please be aware that you will be solely responsible for providing accurate bank information, and the company will not be held liable for inaccurate information submitted.
  • Should any product(s) purchased during the B2G1 promotion be returned, the discount will be lost, and the refund will be issued based on the actual amount paid for the returned item(s).
  • If the product is available and in stock, you are eligible for a refund. Please be aware, nevertheless, that you can only exchange a product’s size for the identical item under specials and schemes.
  • For refund/s in case you have purchased any Product/s during an offer or a plan, you shall be entitled to a proportionate refund of the total amounts paid by you.
  • Unlike most websites we do not forfeit the shipping and COD charges.
  • Shipping expenses for the Products returned are refunded in full and the COD charges which are imposed on order level are refunded proportionately in case you opt to return a Product purchased during a promotion/scheme.
