Return Policy

  • The online store Limeroad follows a seven days return and exchange policy for all its products from the date of delivery. However, specific products including jewellery and ladiesโ€™ undergarments bear โ€œNon-Returnableโ€ on the firmโ€™s website.
  • The specific terms of the manufacturer are outlined under the delivery and return section of any product detail page to see if an item can be returned. For an item to be accepted, then it should be unused as well as in its original packaging and no tags removed.
  • Return requests are forwarded to the logistic partners for pick up within a period of three days. If for some reasons the item is not taken during the mentioned attempts, then the individual can request for another return. Customers must return all items including having the shipment ready.
  • Delivery service partners are yet to promote pick-up of returned products in certain pin code. If all its transport partners fail to collect the returned items then the message โ€œPickup service is not availableโ€ will be conveyed to customers.
  • In case transport partner is not available, the customers should send the items through a courier service within the same locality to the warehouse.
  • Customers have to return the product in the same package or any other package which bears postage cost and to get the refund the customers need to fill self-ship data and upload the shipment data under My Returns on the website mobile app.

Return Process

To return or exchange an order, log in to your account, navigate to My Orders, click the Return button, select the items to return, and expect a refund after product pickup and quality check.

Refund Policy

  • That said, Limeroad plans to complete refunds in 7 days following the confirmation of the quality check on returned items in the warehouse. Note that the amount of refund varies depending on the bankโ€™s own transaction and processing time after Limeroad starts the NEFT.
  • If there are disparities, Limeroad can ask for a capture of your bank statement. The refund process In the context of products may take longer than seven days simply because products may take a long time to arrive to the warehouse or quality control facilities.
  • Limeroad may process the refund only once in a while if the product does not pass the quality check. In case of identity theft, fraud, or refund misuse, Limeroad will have a right to reject your refund request.
  • If you made the payment using a bank account, credit card, debit card all the amount will be credited in 7 business days from the date of payment made by Limeroad. For the subsequent orders, when a customer pays for the goods using the LR Credits, which is due after the goods clear the Q.C at the warehouses, the money is credited back to your LR account after 5 to 10 business days.
  • The amounts paid for the order with Cash on Delivery option will be refunded as LR Credits to your LR portfolio.
  • In case if you return an item that was bought during the B2G1 promotion, the promotion will no longer be applicable and you will be refunded, what was actually paid for this product.
  • Refund statements of shipping costs on returned products: Such costs are fully reimbursed Shipping costs and COD costs are partly reimbursed.
