RETURN POLICY:

LifestyleStores.com provides a Return Policy on select products such as socks, swimwear, undergarments, perfumes, wash & bath products, cosmetics, and fashion accessories including handbags, fashionable jewelry, trendy watches and fashionable sunglasses.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the time the customers received the items and the returned items must have all the included tags and accompanying add-ons and freebies, warranty cards, etc.

Customers can also exercise the opt-out option on the entire order or any part of it before the order is processed. There is also an option known as deny delivery, which customers can use if the order has been shipped. At deals, customers are entitled to return any item purchased during the deals.

Upon processing the cancellation, the Refund will be made to the customer โ€˜s credit card, bank account or wallet.

Return to Online:

Click on My Account Order History and initiate a return on the product or products you would like to return.

Put your products into bubble packs and pack them in their retail cartons with tags intact.

Give your return: It typically takes 1-3 business days for our courier partner to collect your item/shipment from you. You shall receive an acknowledgement receipt from them.

Get your money back: Once all your returns have been processed, which could take up to 10 to 15 working days, we shall refund the amount to your credit card, bank account, wallet or PayPal account. If you paid with cash you have the options; My Credit or transfer to your bank account.

Return to Store:

Fill the return slip, take your items to the nearest store, and make the returns. An allowed staff member will pick up your parcel and issue an acknowledgement receipt to you.

Receive your money back: In terms of the payment made, you will get your refund in cash, or by card, bank account, wallet, or via PayPal.

Return to Call Pick Up:

Initial the return slip then call the number 1800-123-1555 to make a pickup request.

As for the rest of your order, please pack your items, check whether all the tags are attached , and return this within 1-3 business days.

Here’s how it Works if you send on Online Return Request to Return Your Products:

It may take 4 to 5 business days for the inspection of the received products and the refund request processing will take two business days.

The amount may take 2-7 business days to reflect through the bank or the card.

Refund is instant when returned items are taken back to a store but it may take 2 to 7 business days for the bank or the card to reflect the amount.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • The return policy for Lifestylestores.com users is to exchange the purchased item with a different size of what the customer wants within the return/exchange length.
  • This service is at present free for students, but stocks may have to be replenished at a later date depending on the time of despatch recessing the refund within two business days.
  • If you return items to a store, the refund will be processed immediately, but it may take 2 to 7 business days for your bank or card to process it.
  • This service is currently free and is based on stock availability at the time of dispatch. If the selected size is out of stock, the request is changed to a return order and the cash will be refunded.
  • However, product exchanges are not available for other products, styles, or colors. Currently only a few pincodes are serviced and only one item can be exchanged at a time.
  • If a customer violates this policy in any way, as decided solely by LOIPL, LOIPL reserves the right to restrict exchange facilities.
