Libas Return & Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  1. Completely undamaged product tags and original package
  2. The product needs to be unopened.
  3. The products need to be intact and unwashed.

Every time you shop with Libas, we strive to give you the finest customer service possible. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a complete refund of the amount you paid. Returns are only accepted for items that were bought straight from the Libas website. We reserve the right to reject any requests for returns of goods obtained through our indirect online and offline distributors.

Our 15-day refund policy at Libas allows you to return anything you buy from Libas.in for any reason within 15 days of receiving it.

PLEASE COMPLETE THESE STEPS IN ORDER TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO LIBAS:   

  1. Make a “Return Request” under the website’s “My Orders” section. Press and hold the “Return” button to navigate through the screens that appear.
  2. Keep the item prepared for pickup or send it to us according to the return policy.
  3. For the address provided while completing the order, we have a pick-up option.
  4. Please send us an email at care@libas.in to initiate a return request, and we will handle it. Please include the product name, SKU, and order ID in the email to prevent confusion.
  5. The items will be picked up from your door by our courier partner. The day of pick-up, an SMS will be sent to you.

Inability to pickup product:

  • We make three tries to pick up the item; the pickup request will be considered unsuccessful if it is not picked up by the third try.
  • Please contact our customer service number at 98999 90772 for any information.

Guidelines:

We encourage you to submit a video of the goods being unboxed and report any claims you may have about missing items or incorrect products within 24 hours of the delivery date.

In the absence of video evidence of the goods being unboxed, we might not be able to consider accusations of missing product.

As soon as we get the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check, we will send you an email to confirm.

If the consumer receives damaged goods, improper sizes (different from the size purchased), or incorrect products (incorrect style), returns are handled at no cost to them. We will inspect the merchandise on our end after receiving the returned item. We will mail the goods back to you if it is not found to be of acceptable quality after being picked up.

If an order was processed by more than one warehouse and a return is necessary, it must be made in relation to the same shipment.

If you give the delivery person the incorrect product when it’s time for pickup, we won’t be held accountable.

If the pin number is unserviceable for reverse pickup, the client must send the products themselves. If this is the case, we will reimburse the shipping expenses (up to a maximum of Rs. 100).

Libas Art: You have two days from the date of delivery to return an item.


Refund Policy:

  1. After contacting customer service to arrange a return, it typically takes two business days for the product to be picked up from your location and an additional one working day for the refund to be processed.
  2.  Refunds take 5-7 business days to appear in customers’ accounts after they are initiated. Depending on the payment method you select, you will receive your refund.
  3. Please take note that orders with damaged or ripped packaging will not be accepted.

Refund Timeline:

After a product is returned, it takes two business days for it to be picked up. After the item is picked up, the refund takes 24 working hours to process and 5-7 business days to post to the customer’s account.

The following are the anticipated timelines:

  • Method of payment Time of refund receipt
  • 7 business days following a successful quality check for prepaid orders
  • 7 Business days following a successful quality check, COD orders

The method of payment you select will determine when you receive your refund.

How is Cash on Delivery (COD) refunded?
Refunds for COD orders will be issued in bank accounts upon return.

If you paid for your item online, we will reimburse the full order price, including shipping costs, if it is lost or not delivered to the desired location.

Debit card and credit card Transfers:

  • The length of time it takes to receive a refund for debit and credit card transfers primarily depends on the bank.
  • Customers who have a credit amount of more than INR 5000 will only receive an SMS from banks. Please verify if your return is less than INR 5000 by consulting your credit card statement or bank account.
  • We will only reimburse the product price in the event of a refund. The cost of delivery and handling is not refundable.

Is it possible for me to cancel my order?

If you must cancel your order, please email care@libas.in no later than six hours after placing it, Monday through Saturday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Certain orders ship almost instantly, therefore cancellations might not always be feasible.
The payment mechanism used to make the payment will be credited with the full amount paid.

You will not receive a refund for shipping or COD fees if you return an order that was delivered to you.

Shipping:

Prepaid orders ship free inside India, while COD orders incur a shipping fee of Rs. 49. We transport our fully insured products using reputable courier services like Ecom and Delhivery. The courier firm usually phones you prior to delivery when you place a Cash On Delivery order.

After an order is placed, the product is shipped within 24 hours, and delivery takes three to four working days.
