Return Policy:

The purchase Return period at Libas extends to 15 days to accommodate dissatisfied customers.

The Policy demands that items have to be in original condition without any damages along with remaining sealed and completely intact while also being fresh from the factory.

Customers who bought their items from www.libas.in receive a suitable Returns service but goods purchased through middlemen might be denied Return options.

Libas delivers superior customer service while making shopping processes simple for its customers.

The company requires customers to present proof of goods’ unboxing and submit claims regarding missing items or wrong package contents within 24 hours after being delivered.

Shipment quality checks will lead to an email confirmation. Customers can make Returns for damaged or improper items and incorrect products properly free of charge until items can be accepted as satisfactory.

When a single shipment has its order processed through various warehouses the sender must initiate Returns for this particular order.
