Levi’s Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

  • Items are simple to return. Online return requests are available if you’re not happy with your purchase.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition that is, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags still attached and within 15 days of the order confirmation date.
  • If an item doesn’t comply with Levi’s Return Policy, it may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Not eligible for exchange, refund, or return are final sales, promotional items, or opened packaged items.
  • We promise there are no production flaws with our products.
  • We will always accept the item for inspection and issue a refund if it is determined to be faulty, whether you receive a damaged or defective item or it turns out to be defective in craftsmanship or materials within 15 days of normal wear (absent stains).
  • Instead of utilizing online returns, such returns must be started with our customer service.
  • The next business day, if you are unable to pick up your returned parcel, there will be another opportunity to do so. A second unsuccessful attempt will result in the cancellation of the return request.
  • We will begin the returns check and certification as soon as we get your return at our warehouse.
  • We will email you to let you know when the return has been accepted, and your refund will be credited within 15 days.
  • A representative from our Customer Care department will contact you if your return is denied.
  • When returning an item, kindly refrain from giving the shipping partner any more things.
  • Please contact our Customer Care staff to arrange for a pickup of any additional products you would like to return.
  • Refunds for additional or unaccounted-for merchandise lost in transit are not our responsibility.

Purchases made online

  1. Free in-store returns are accepted for merchandise bought through the Levi’sยฎ App or on Levi.com.
  2. Red TabTM Members can return items for free. Your refund will be less a $7.50 returns processing fee if you are not a member.
  3. Items that are designated as final sale, gift cards, gift wrap costs, shipping and handling fees, and contributions are all non-refundable.
  4. The original payment method is used for all refunds.

Purchases made in-store

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for anything purchased on Levi.in at our retail locations. Kindly adhere to our online return procedure.
  2. In a similar vein, merchandise purchased online cannot be exchanged or returned to our physical stores.
  3. The cost of returning or exchanging in-store purchases made at Levi’sยฎ and Levi’sยฎ Outlet retail or outlet locations is free of charge. Items cannot be returned via mail or Narvar.
  4. With a receipt and the original mode of payment, in-store purchases can be returned for a complete refund. Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging, with all original tags still on them. excluding items that are modified.
  5. Store credit or an exchange equal to the current selling price will be given for in-store returns without a receipt.

Exchange Policy

  • Within 15 days of the order confirmation date, you may exchange your order once.
  • Please take note that all things must be in their original state, meaning they must be unwashed, unworn, tag-free, and complete. If the item does not adhere to Levi.in’s policy rules, it is within its rights to reject it.
  • Purchases made during a sale are solely exchangeable.
  • Keep in mind that you have 14 days to return the item or items, after which the exchange will be automatically canceled.
  • Should your order be canceled, kindly start a new exchange within the time range indicated by the exchange policy.
  • To avoid refund delays, please print your exchange returns packing form and include it with your delivery.
  • Please give yourself an extra week in addition to the usual 15 days for your refund to be credited to the original payment method if your package does not include the packing slip.
  • Following the delivery of your return to the closest carrier point, your exchange order will be shipped.
  • As soon as your exchange order ships, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • After your exchange order has been processed, please allow 7โ€“10 business days for delivery.
  • The address on the original order will be used for exchange shipments, which cannot be changed.
  • Exchanges for a different style or color are not currently supported by us. Only a different size may be exchanged.
  • Kindly send back the item and place a fresh order, or stop by a Levi’sยฎ shop.
  • Gift wrapping and promotions are not applicable to exchange items.

Return Request

Step 1: RedTabTM users can start their replacement or return by signing into their account

Enter your email address and password to access your RedTabTM account here.

Step 2: For guests who checked out but are not RedTab members

Click here to begin your return or exchange. Input your email address and order number.

Step 3: Locate your order

Hover your cursor over your name at the top of the page to see your order number, then select “Order History.”

Step 4: Start the return or trade process

Click “Exchange or Return” after finding your order.

Step 5: Select a method of return

Choose your favorite return method and adhere to the guidelines.

Step 6: Drop-off or mail-in returns

After selecting the item or items you want to return, choose “return” or “exchange or replace” (for damaged or incorrect item replacement). To complete your request for a return or replacement, adhere to the instructions.

Step 7: Method of drop-off

Select the location and drop-off method that you desire.

Step 8: Select a refund option (for returns)

Choose to receive credit via original payment or gift card.

Step 9: Send in your request

To print your shipping label and obtain drop-off instructions, click “Submit”.

Returns and Exchanges Abroad

Only in the nation where the item was purchased are returns and exchanges accepted. Your purchase needs to be processed in the UK if you made it there. We are grateful that you recognize this restriction on foreign exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Within 15 days after the purchase, refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
  • Please be aware that the issuing bank sets the deadlines for refund payments, which are outside our control. For further details, kindly contact your bank.
  • Only bank or UPI transfers will be used to issue nds for orders referenced as Cash on Delivery (COD).
  • When submitting your online return request, please include accurate information. In the event of a failure, you will be sent a link that you can use to start the refund process in your preferred method.
  • Please be aware that cash or checks cannot be used to receive refunds from us.
  • We won’t authorize and handle the refund if an item is returned that doesn’t follow our Returns Policy.
  • Items that do not adhere to our Returns Policy may not be returned, at our discretion.
  • If you are unclear, please get in touch with our Customer Care staff to find out if your return is valid.

Harmed Item During Shipment:

  1. Please get in touch with our customer care team right away if an item is broken when it arrives.
  2. As long as you notify us within a week of receiving the box, you are entitled to a complete refund for any shipments that come damaged.
  3. Please refer to the Return Instructions if you would like to return an item. We will inspect and verify the item as soon as it is received.
  4. In the event that it is accepted, we will reimburse the damaged item’s purchase price.

Items Out of Stock

Orders for exchanges of out-of-stock items cannot be processed by us. Have you instead visited a Levi’sยฎ store or returned your item for a complete refund

Should you mail back your initial item(s) and the item you are exchanging for becomes unavailable, we will cancel your exchange and return the money to the original payment method.

The “Notify Me If in Stock” button allows you to be notified when an item is refilled in case the item you want to exchange for is out of stock.

Click the “Notify Me If in Stock” option after choosing the size that is out of stock on the product page.

Type in the email address you want to receive notifications from.

We will not be refilling that item if you do not see the “Notify Me If in Stock” button, indicating that it has been sold out.
