Levi’s Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Return Policy

  • Leviโ€™s returns policy provided includes the return of the fashion item in its original condition, unused and in a hygienic state, as well as not being altered and having all of the Leviโ€™s original tags, and all returns must be done within fifteen days from the date and time when the order was confirmed.
  • Any special offer products being sold at a final price, products with promo tags, or opened packs cannot be exchanged, refunded or returned.
  • Levi will not produce products with any faults from their products and they will gladly accept items that the buyer wants to inspect and return due to manufacturerโ€™s defect found within 15 days of normal wear.
  • In the case of returning an item, there is a take note that customers are to contact customer service not online. If the receiver is unavailable to take the returned parcel then an attempt for the second time will be made.
  • The return check and certification process will start immediately the return has reached the warehouse. If a return is denied, the customer will be contacted by a Customer Care department representative.
  • Customers should stop sending items to the shipping partner and contact the customer care for more pickups of products.

Exchange Policy

  • Levi.in allows for one exchange within the order 15 days of confirmation of the order.
  • This policy means that it is required that the items have to be: not washed, worn, tagged or missing any part.
  • Products which do not conform to Levi.inโ€™s policy rules can be rejected.
  • Sale purchases are only exchangeable. Exchanges have 14 days to complete and if not, order will be cancelled automatically.
  • To ensure return packing form reaches them before immediate shipment and appraisal of return, the form should be printed and included in delivery.
  • It takes an additional week for a refund if your package doesnโ€™t come with the packing slip. Below the exchange order, after delivery, you will have the order shipped, and an email about the same shall be sent to you.
  • We do not accept exchanges for style or color. Refund, reorder or go to your local Leviโ€™sยฎ store. Gift wrapping and promotions also do not apply to the exchanged products.

To start a replacement or return, go to the RedTabTM login page, and enter your email address and password.

For all guests who did not check out as RedTab members, please click on โ€œOrder Historyโ€ and input your email and order number.

Click on โ€œExchange or Returnโ€ to begin the return or trade procedure. Select the convenience return method you want and then proceed with the instructions. Select either drop box or mail in returns and follow.

Return Details:

Select the drop off option of your choice and select a refund type. Download your shipping label and fill out the form to get the instructions for the drop off.

Refund Policy

  • Only $50 will be credited back to the buyerโ€™s account As used herein, account means credit card for a time of not more than 15 days from the date of purchase.
  • Banks provide their refund schedules, time frames that are not in our control. For Cash on Delivery, only bank transfer, through an UPI mode of payment will be allowed.
  • When filing online returns, information is crucial, and he added that a link will be sent if an attempt fails. Money paid in cash or by checks can not be refunded.
  • Non-returnable products per our Returns Policy may not be returned and where this is not clear, customers should consult Customer Care workers.
