RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

14 DAYS FOR EYEGLASSES AND 7 DAYS FOR SUNGLASSES

This companyโ€™s promise of quality products is evident from the products sold at Lenskart. If you are unhappy with the purchased eyeglasses or find that they are damaged, you can return or exchange your glasses within 14 days from the date that you have received the items or within 7 days from the date that you received sunglasses from the Lenskart House brands.

The following items are not eligible for exchange or refund:

Customers can return contact lenses to the customer service center only if they are not used and are packed in their original unopened package after fourteen days.

A change or return can only be made in exchange for a refund. Scratches, mishandled goods, or damaged cases are non-exchangeable or non-refundable on eyewear purchases.

Purchases of Accessories such as contact lens solution, contact len bag, and contact lens cleaner cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Gold Membership is not refundable upon purchasing of the membership.

Return in Part in BOGO: In the Buy One Get One promotion, returns can only be made partially while all products must be returned to be eligible for a full refund.

Visit the closest retailer:

  • Take your item, including accessories, to the retailer and allow Lenskart to inspect your item.
  • Bring glasses home and adjust them accordingly The following is our store policy on return or refund.

Schedule Pick-Up:

We are happy to inform you that pickups in selected cities are 100% free with pickups arranged within 2 or 5 days. The refund and minimum exchange period may vary, but to the customerโ€™s convenience, they may select between returning the item, in which the item will be shipped, or the credit will be returned upon receipt.

Deliver the Product to Lenskart

Ensure that the Lenskart comes into Possession of the Product.

To return a product, attach the return label on the exterior of the package and mail the product, complete an email shipment, select a courier company, deliver the item to Lenskart, and upon its receipt, decide to replace the product or request for a refund as per the policy.

Opportunities include exchanging the frame and lens package for the same frame and lens package at a different price, changing the lens package for a different one to fit the same frame or choosing among various frames and lens packages with a price difference between the old and new product being the customerโ€™s concern.

Refund Options:

In the event that you would choose not to exchange your purchase, you have the following options for getting your money back:

  • Immediately credited to your account following pickup
  • Utilize in opposition to any product
  • Utilize both in-person and online
  • Permanent validity

Yes, Lenskart offers purchase with store credit/debit card, money back on a purchase is credited back to the corresponding wallet/debit cards upto 1- 5 business days and credit cards 7- 10 days.

To get the refund, share the bank account details or UPI, which you will receive at the moment as soon as we get the return of the product.

Refund or exchange can only be done within 14 days from the date that the merchandise has been received. Orders placed on cash on delivery are also not returned.

Unfortunately we cannot apply a lens that was specifically tailored for cancellation since the product is hand made. But for our lenses, we provide free trial.
