Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any part of your order for a complete refund.
Return requirements: Products must be returned in the same state as you received them.
As long as the things are returned in the same condition that you received them, we will be more than pleased to process a complete refund on any item.
Please be aware that you will be charged the regular delivery rate if you utilized the free shipping option (available for purchases over ยฃ40) and then returned products for a refund, even though the value of the remaining order was less than ยฃ40.
Kindly provide us with your order number and the reason for the return. After that, we’ll issue you a returns authorization code along with the precise return address where your items must be sent back.
It is your responsibility to return the items to us, therefore please save your proof of postage.
We advise utilizing a courier like MyHermes or Collect Plus if you are returning items over 2 kg, as their services are more affordable than Royal Mail.

Only items that are returned and found to be defective, damaged, or those we shipped in error will be eligible for a postage reimbursement.
Process of Return
- Please provide MyShop with your order number and the reason for the return.
- A returns authorization code and the return address will be emailed to you by MyShop.
- Returning the items to MyShop is your responsibility.
Order cancellation is also possible by looking for the order and selecting the “Details” option from the sales > order menu. Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped or invoiced.
Cancellation Policy

- We are not always able to halt delivery if an order is canceled while it is being delivered.
- If we are able to cancel the order and halt the delivery, we will return all of your funds, including the delivery fee.

Myshop Store Return & Refund Policy
Our refund and return policy is in effect for three days after you place an order for a product on our website and receive mail support from our team.

Customers who purchase goods from our associate website can request returns through that website if they would like to return their order.
Customers who purchase products from websites other than myshopstore are respectfully asked to review the refund and return policies of those third-party platforms. Should they wish to return their purchases, they must submit a request for a refund or return on those platforms.
We only accept returns and refunds up to three days following product delivery. After three days from the date of delivery of your products, we are unable to provide a complete refund or exchange.
Once you send a return request through your profile, you can send one through goto my order within three days.
Your return request will then be processed, and after the products are picked up, an exchange or refund (based on your UPI ID) will be initiated.
If you placed your order on our website, you may only submit a return request through your profile. We do not accept returns via mail.
If you ordered something other than from our website, kindly confirm that your account on this website is correct and check your website name.
Your item must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it if you are qualified for a return. Moreover, it needs to be in its original packing.

Please email us a return request by going to your profile, my orders, and then return if you would like to exchange your order for one that better fits your needs.
