RETURN POLICY
You may begin Product returns within the time frames and under the conditions listed in Annexure I (see the table at the conclusion of this Policy) of this Policy. Subject to the conditions outlined in this Policy, we would accept the request for the return of such a product. If you placed an order for the incorrect product model, colour, or quantity, Reliance will not accept returns.
Tamper-proof packaging is included with every product we offer. Please make sure that packages with broken outer packaging or tampered-with seals are not accepted. You shall be automatically excluded from any return claims for physically damaged or defective products, wrong products, or missing accessories if you accept a tampered with or damaged shipment.
Via JioMart, you can file a complaint or seek a return. Please go to the “Orders” section, select the “Help” tab, and then click “Still need help” at the bottom of the page to register a complaint or start a return. You can choose to email, call, or chat with us, or you can choose the option from the drop-down box to log the complaint.
In order to start the return process, you must choose “log a complaint,” fill out the required information regarding the order and shipment, describe any issues you may have, and request a return. We can also ask you to send pictures of the product you want returned in order to ensure its quality. Only during the return window will the “return” tab be accessible. You can get in touch with customer service if you have any complaints or issues after the return window has closed.
We advise you to submit a return request on JioMart as soon as possible if you have received any products that are returnable under this policy. We reserve the right to independently determine whether the following situations apply: (a) the products’ claimed defects, damages, or non-compliances are acceptable to us; or (b) the defects, damages, or non-compliances are the result of our default. Based on the results of this verification, we will either accept or reject the return request.
In order to verify this, we can ask you to give us pictures or a video limited to 60 seconds or 2MB of the damaged or defective product you got, pictures of the product packaging, or arrange for one of our staff members to come inspect the product. In addition to the evaluation of the harm or the issue raised in the return request, Reliance is free to decide how best to handle the situation in light of the assessment report.
REFUND POLICY
Please be aware that if you choose to return the products, the refund amount for those that qualify under this policy’s terms will be processed one (one) business day after we verify the product’s defect or noncompliance.
This verification will occur after we have examined the products and the related documentation. Only until the requirements that Reliance may specify are met will your refund be handled.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method that you selected or, if you prefer, to your wallet linked to JioMart that is qualified for Wallet refunds. You understand that the terms and conditions of your financial institution or payment solution provider may apply, and that it may take longer for your refund to appear in your account once it is initiated.
Please be aware that in the event that you acquire a Product from a third-party seller that we make available, you will be reimbursed in your bank account (using the bank account information you supplied to us) for Products for which you chose “Cash on Delivery” as a payment option. You will get your refund in your wallet, nevertheless, if Reliance completed the Sale. Cash refunds are not offered by us.
Based on the payment method you selected, you will get your refund in the amount requested within 15 (fifteen) working days. It occasionally takes longer for banks or other financial intermediaries to handle refund requests. However, you can get in touch with us if the refund does not occur by the specified period.
