Customers can make product returns to Reliance within certain time parameters yet the company refuses all returns caused by model or color or quantitative mistakes. Any package that shows evidence of outer damage or has tampered seals will not receive acceptance at the Reliance facilities.
Through JioMart customers can file complaints and request returns by logging complaints followed by describing issues before demanding product returns.
Customers can verify product quality through visual evidence of their damaged items by using pictures or videos or staff-assisted inspections.
Reliance has authority to determine return acceptance or rejection from assessment reports and uses them to determine suitable course of action.
REFUND POLICY
Reliance provides a product return process for customers who discover defects leading to a three-day delivery of verification outcomes.
JioMart will reimburse funds through both original payment methods and wallets that are associated with the JioMart platform. The length of a refund process could surpass the expected time because it follows terms set by financial institutions and payment solution providers.
The monetary refund from returning third-party seller acquisitions arrives through bank deposits instead of the wallet capability. Refund procedures take 15 working days to complete.
