Refund Policy:
Refunds are only given if the service is cancelled during the 30-day trial period and the devices are returned in operational order.
For its services, Jio Fiber requires a refundable security deposit. Your qualified security deposit may be refunded if you stop using JioFiber services and return the installed devices in good working order. The following refund procedure varies based on whether you have Jio Broadband or Jio Home Gateway:
Jio Home Gateway:
Your security deposit will be refunded if you discontinue using JioFiber services and return the installed devices in good working order. It may take up to 60 days to execute the refund via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT).
- Refundable amounts, such as security deposits, should be claimed.
- Upon order cancellation, receive a reimbursement for the order value of the goods or services.
- Refunds for the security deposit will be made via bank transfer.
- Once your Jio number has been disconnected and your outstanding balance has been cleared, you will receive an email or SMS with a deep link that allows you to change your bank information and expedite the processing of your refund by a direct bank transfer.
- Refunds can take up to 15 days to process after we have the necessary bank information.
Jio Internet:
You will receive an email or SMS with a link to change your bank details when you disconnect your Jio phone and pay off any outstanding balances. This will enable the refund to be processed more quickly by direct bank transfer, which typically takes up to 15 days.
Jio Fiber Prepaid:
If you return the devices in functioning order and cancel the service during the 30-day trial period, you will receive a refund.

Simply call customer service to seek a cancellation if you have already paid for the connection; they will inquire as to why before canceling your order and giving you a refund ten days later.
Once processed, the prepaid recharge cannot be transferred to another account or returned in cash.
If you have already paid for the connection, simply contact customer service at 089I-OO24-311 to request a cancellation. They will inquire as to why you would like to cancel, and then they will cancel your purchase. You will receive your refund ten days later. Tags: You’ll receive your refund in ten days.
In the event that you decide to break up with the provider, you will be responsible for paying your final bill and any other outstanding balances. Refunds for the security deposit will be made via bank transfer.
The one-time refundable sum (Rs 1,000) covers the advance for installation services and the device deposit.
The JioFiber Service Equipment (CPE, Set Top Box, and Router) that you are given will always be owned by the Company and/or its Affiliates.
When we terminate your Jio Fiber services or you surrender your Jio Fiber services, you must return the Jio Fiber equipment in the same condition, allowing for normal wear and tear.
If you don’t, the Company and/or its Affiliates will be entitled to charge you for any necessary costs incurred in relation to any loss or damage to the Jio Fiber service equipment.
