Refund Policy:
Under Jio Fiber there is a 30-day trial period if the services are cancelled, and both devices must be in good working order for a refund.
A refundable security deposit is necessary, and the amount of refund depends upon the availability of this service either Jio broadband or Jio home gateway.
Jio Home Gateway:
You would be able to return the devices to JioFiber and if you do so after stopping the use of the services, your security deposit will be returned to you.
You may be given a refund up to 60 days and via NEFT for National Electronic Fund Transfer. Fees that are refundable, for instance, security deposits should be claimed. Customers who wish to cancel an order will be given a refund of the order equivalent.
Cash refunds will be done to bank accounts after disconnection and the clearance of the balance. Processing can take up to fifteen (15) days.
Jio Internet:
YDisconnecting your Jio phone and paying off outstanding balances will send an email or SMS allowing you to change your bank details, facilitating faster refund processing via direct bank transfer which typically takes up to 15 days.
Jio Fiber Prepaid:
To get your money back, return products intact and cancel your service within the thirty days’ trial period.
Request to claim your refundable broken connections or cancelled orders.
Send an online refund request and decide on the refund type: For, example, broken connection may refer in terms of security deposits or cancelled order value.
If you have already made a payment for a connection you want to call the customer service on 0891-0024-311 to cancel it. They will question why you have placed an order and in the process cancel the order after ten days.
As for the prepaid recharge, it cannot be transmitted to a third party, nor is it accepted for a refund in cash. In case you opt for further developing the separation from the provider, you would make the final call for the bill and the description.
As for the refunds of the security deposit, they will be conducted through bank transfer. The advance for installation services and device deposit are termed as refundable, one-time upfront amount of Rs 1,000.
It is to mentioned that the JioFiber Service Equipment (CPE, Set Top Box & Router) belongs to the company and/ or its subsidiaries. They also provide that in the event that the services provided are discontinued, you should return the equipment to the firm in like manner.
