Since most of our devoted clients shop wisely and only come back when necessary, we know them. We comprehend that occasionally, the item you receive does not meet your expectations, and you may need to send it back. That’s okay, which is why we think it’s crucial to keep providing you with 100-day online returns.
With the exception of items for personal use like masks, swimwear, innerwear (boxers, briefs, trunks, vest, pajamas), sunglasses, perfumes, socks, and jewelry, the majority of things are returnable and refundable. All refunded goods must be undamaged, unopened, and still in the original packing (boxes, tags, and labels).
From the day you get your order, you have one hundred days to return any items. You can return your package to the courier who delivered your things by using the label that was provided.
The cost of returns is 1.99 GBP, which will be taken out of your refund.
Following the product(s)’ quality inspection, the refund will be handled. This could require five to seven business days after the products arrive at our fulfilment center.
It is highly unlikely that you will be impacted by this new clause. It facilitates the beginning of a dialogue with the small percentage of customers who frequently place orders and nearly always return merchandise. We want to contribute to lessening the damage this is having on the environment since we cannot ignore it.
If we observe an odd pattern of returns activity that doesn’t feel good, the clause might be activated. We could have to suspend the account and any related accounts, for instance, if we suspect someone is wearing their products and returning them, or ordering a lot more and returning it much more than a devoted client would order. Return of Goods
Within 15 days of notifying us of your intention to withdraw from the contract, you shall return the goods to us without causing undue delay. If you turn over the items before the 15-day period ends, then your withdrawal from the contract will be considered timely. You should save the receipt or return tracking number that certifies that you have given the goods back in order to have documentation that you have withdrawn from the contract on time.
The return window for orders placed during the Super Weekend Sale (19–22 July 2024) will be open for seven days following the date of delivery.
Returns With A Discount Or Promo Code
You will only be compensated for the total amount you paid after applying the promo code if you used one at the time of purchase.
- We don’t provide refunds. However, you are able to order the item again and return the unwanted one.
- Please refer to the product description for the specific return policy if you wish to return a non-fashion item.
- It is best to follow our returns guidance to preserve the items from wear and damage since you are responsible for them until we receive them back.
- Items, including those on sale, are refunded at the price you paid for them.
- Upon their return, every item is examined.
- To obtain a new return note if you misplaced your old one, please get in touch with customer service.
PLEASE NOTE: On national and public holidays, our customer service personnel will not be in the office. If such a situation arises, please email us, and we will respond as soon as we can.
Return Process
- Only after the merchandise has been received for 24 hours may a return request be made. Requests for returns must be sent in no later than 15 days after delivery.
- View the order details in My Account > Orders > Choose Product > Return to return a product.
- The address you gave when submitting the return request will be where the return order is picked up when it has been completed.
- The return window for orders placed during the Super Weekend Sale (19–22 July 2024) will be open for seven days following the date of delivery.
- Kindly let us know the specifics of the goods and the reason for the return so we can continue to enhance your online shopping experience.
- Â As soon as your return request is processed, you will receive an email and SMS confirming it.
Refund Policy:
In the event that you decide to exercise your right of withdrawal from the contract, we will promptly reimburse all money you paid us, and we’ll do so no later than 30 days from the day we received your request. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, refunds will be given to the original payment method. The brand does, however, reserve the right to provide a refund in the form of solely credits in exceptional situations. In either case, there won’t be any fees associated with the payback.
If necessary, we may postpone the reimbursement until we have received the products or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned.
Orders for Pay on Delivery
You can choose to get your refund as credits into your website account or as an account refund via a link if you had chosen to pay on delivery at the time of purchase.
Please pick your chosen refund method by going to My Account> Orders> Choose the product or products > Click “Cancel” or “Return.” You’ll be sent to a page where you can choose your preferred method of requesting a refund.
- Jack & Jones Credits: Your website account will receive credits in lieu of a refund. After the returned goods are received at our fulfillment center, it takes two to three business days for the credits to appear in your website account. Please refer to the CREDITS section for further information.
- Account Refund: After returned goods are received at our fulfillment center, a link and an OTP verification code will be provided to the registered email address and mobile number. To start the refund process, click the link and provide your bank account information.
Please be aware that bank holidays, Sundays, and non-working alternate Saturdays do not handle refunds.
Orders Paid In Advance
For orders that were paid for in advance, you have the option of getting your money refunded into the original payment source account or having it credited to your website account for use in future purchases.

- Return to Source: The card or account that you used to make the original purchase will be refunded to you. Once our fulfillment center receives the returned goods, the refund process will begin. The money may not appear in the originating account for up to five days.
