IKEA has a return policy of either 365 days for new and unused products and within 180 days for open products.

Removal and pickup services are offered according to each market-at-consumption as pickups occur directly from consumersโ€™ homes.

However, like earlier established, custom made counters, cut fabrics, plants and as-is items are not returnable.

This policy means that you will not be entitled to a refund or exchange on any products you believe are unclean, discolored, damaged or altered.

The 90-day guarantee service provides a complete refund on approved products, which enables customers to locate a perfect match for permanent position in their homes more easily.

It creates customer freedom when making purchases meaning that one can spend as much or as little time he wants.

Return Policy IKEA India

  1. IKEA provides a return or exchange within thirty days policy where member of the IKEA family is allowed to return any product within a period of 90 days.
  2. All products sold at Circular Hub have a return and exchange policy of seven days. However, cut textiles, foods items, plants, and bespoke worktops cannot be returned. For exchange, the mattress has to be clean, should not be infected and should not have any stains on it.
  3. IKEA has this policy of giving a refund on an IKEA gift card for a mattress that is cheaper than the original.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

  • IKEAโ€™s customers send their returned and exchanged items through visiting the stores or calling the Customer Support Centre.
  • To start an exchange or a refund, a customer is expected to send images of the received items and the accompanying receipt.
  • A returns form is mandatory and items will be collected the next day. For returns, customers should return items in the same packaging they found them in when purchased.

Return Policy for Store Purchases

  • Consumers can go to their specific storeโ€™s IKEA, enter the Returns & Exchanges office. Look for signs and sign-up for help.
  • In regards to the other questions, please visit the Customer Support Center for pick up after delivery.
  • Products must remain in their original packaging; customers must present the formal receipt.
  • Refund will made using the method used at the time of the initial purchase and Reimbursements will completed with in 21 days.

IKEA retains the right to reject requests for refunds in cases:

  • Items are not packaged in their original manner.
  • In the event that the items are not repackaged using the original Flexi box and packaging materials.
  • In the event that, when the return request is made, the articles or products are not in the same condition as the photographs that were given with the Customer Support Center.
