Subject to availability, Humsafar Travels may reschedule the trip on the following Humsafar Travels service in the same sector at no additional cost to the passenger’s mode of transportation, or it may allow the passenger to receive a complete refund of the ticket price.
- Before the delayed service departs, the passenger must cancel or reschedule their ticket; otherwise, their ticket will become a NO-SHOW and they will not be eligible for a refund or a new date.
- Humsafar Travels disclaims all liability for any delays resulting from unforeseen events, such as traffic congestion.
